At that point he only had Sharingan and EMS which was more than enought to put up a hell of a battle. So Sauske needs only EMS to engage in another epic battle with Naruto. I think even if Naruto somehow got the eyes it would still be a tough battle as he would still be a novice at eye techniques.

I agree with this. When was the last time we saw Sasuke? He was agreeing to the eye surgery to gain EMS from Itachi's eyes.
Have we seen him since? No.
He could wake up with a Rinnegan surprise in his eyes.
OR, after gaining EMS and fighting the 4th Great Ninja War as Madara's personal one-man Akatsuki Army, Sasuke 'burns' out his new EMS from overuse and feels the need to level-up to a more powerful eye--the Rinnegan. So, in typical manipulative Madara fashion, Sasuske is begging for exactly what Madara has planned. Remember, he plans long-term.
Madara stated he needs a Pawn to sync with Gedo Mazo to absorb the remaining 8 and 9-tailed beasts chakra, to unleash the juubi. To make the 9 eyes into the 1-eyed Super-Beast. To undo what the So6P had done. To erase hope. But to sync with Gedo Mazo means to be impaled with Chakra rods and disfigured.
Madara has also state he wanted Pain to save the Gedo Rinne Tensei for him.
Why? Is he really 'dead' in some way. Or needs to 'die' to perform some transformation?
I believe at that time, Sasuke will be in a weakened state or Die from the effort (at least according to M's plan). Madara will take-over Sasuke's body with the Rinnegan or just take the Rinnegan again, finally for himself.
Becoming the 'anti-So6P' with only Naruto, a natural So6P, strong enough to face him.

I was also intrigued by what Madara said on page 12 of 510. "Two of the six paths are now One being."
How did he accomplish this? With Zetsu's help? Did Zetsu pop up behind Hashirama while in the heat of the battle and touch him and disappear again? I'm not saying this because of the apparent blackness of the area around the other eye. I too believe this is deep shadow. Just as the first time we saw the Sharingan behind Tobi's mask, his skin appeared black as well. It was just dramatic shadowing. Besides, its Zetsu's white half that does the copying.
Look at Tobi/Madara/Hashirama-clone's face. He looks ALOT like an older Captain Yamato. I.e. an older clone of the 1st. Look at the hair. Look at the side view on page 11, chapter 510. Google Yamato images and find a side view. Identical. The area around his eye, nearest the nose is distinctively Hashirama-Yamato-ish. He could even be a Zetsu 'soup' mixture of the two.
Also, if Madara gave Nagato the Rinnegan, but he himself has the plan of becoming the new So6P.... Why fool around with Nagato? Why not just keep those 3 So6P-elements and be closer to his goal? There must be a purpose needed in having a 'Pawn' to sacrifice in order to achieve his long-term goal.

pritty good theory and would love to see naruto haverinnegan then he would have 3 of the 6 paths and he could fight madara who also has 3 xD epic fight but naruto has had way to many power ups recently doubt it would happen but who knows

(Naruto scene)
Naruto: I need to get out of this bubble..and fast.(Naruto takes out some of the fox’s chakra.The water bubble starts to boil from the inside,and suddenly it explodes.Naruto touches all the other bubbles,they all explode as well)
Yamato: How did you do that,Naruto!?
Killer Bee: Ya,that was dope bro.
Naruto: The fox’s immense chakra applies a huge amount of pressure to the bubbles,and they burst.
(Motoi thinking): So this is the fox’s true power..impressive.
Guy: This is no time to just stand around,we have to go after that shark!
Killer Bee: Just leave that up to me…your in for a real treat.(KB transforms into the Hachibi.He jumps into the water.
A few moments later KB can be seen coming out of the water in his human form,he’s carrying the shark on his left shoulder,and holding the scroll in his right arm)

Hey, maybe Madara plans to use the Rinnegan to use Gedo Mazo. But in order to use the summoning itself, the user must supply the statue with massive amounts of chakra. Now that's where Sasuke would come in. When Madara said he'd use Gedo Mazo in sync with Sasuke, he probably meant that Sasuke, with his Eternal Mangekyou, would power the summoning and get chakra drained. That's my theory....

We still have a lot to know about Madara though he is a former shell of his former self he still is the strongest now specially that he has the Rinnegan and also he can use Izanagi countless times because he has all those Sharingans now I think that even with EMS Sasuke and also Naruto with all their new powers still isn't stronger than Madara.

then y would madara b hesitant and fear that sasuke would betray him as nagato did? madara cleary said "even if sasuk does becom more powerful than nagato, there would b no use for him if he turned rebellious" im pretty sure he said something like that, and if he said that, that means much more than sasuke being thrown away like...having his chakra drained as u said
I do not think that naruto will have rinnegan, because as madara said he gave the rinnegan to nagato. My theory is madara implanted sharingan eye to nagato when he was kid. And then senju and uchiha clan was combined the rinnegan come out. So I think naruto will have rinnegan if he will have implanted eyes with sharingan and it will be sasuke's eyes. Sasuke will give him his eye after fight with him , like nagato changed his decision. And final battle will be between madara and naruto, child of prophecy

watch nagato come back to life after konan's death, remember the endless rain has stopped suddenly during battle, and madara's like whats going on? lolz and then its gunna be Nagato vs Madara. Either that or the rinnegan explodes or something unexpected happens. Though there is alot of unexpected things that could happen right now at that scene, madara just getting the eyes can be one of them.

Sorry :S though what point is there to keep her alive, in madara's eyes? He got what he wanted now whats the point, he even said after "my illusion ends so will your life." Though as I said before something unexpected might happen.

I think many of us do not want her to die simply because there is still so much to develop about her character. As she said, she is going to become the pillar that supports the bridge to peace (Naruto), and now she's suddenly killed by Madara. But if this is her end, then I suppose she died for the same dream that her two lifelong companions held. It'll be symbolic of course. As will be the last technique of hers, the final beacon of hope after all the cold rain of the village that cried. These were the people who tried, and now they too died.

He put her under an illusion to make her reveal where Nagato's body was hidden. He kept her alive for that very purpose, and now that he knows the location, will of course dispose of her, seeing no further use for her.

I'm not even talking about her surviving. I've come to terms with that, but if she dies without accomplishing something lasting (Sending a message detailing madara's abilities, or booby trapping the rinnenegan, something or anything) then her death really seems like a complete loss. She needs at least one last shot against madara, something lasting, not just costing him one of at the least 63 sharingans he had.
