here is an idea. maybe somehow kabuto will release himself from izanami and he and sasuke get to go at it and now sasuke wont have to hold back and worry about not killing him. this way we can maybe get a grip on what sasuke is bringing to the table to compare himself on the same level as naruto

for all the people who are asking why Tobirama couldnt release the jutsu, is because he was controlled from the start and orochimaru never released the technique (like kabuto did) so hence thats why Madara was able to do it and likewise with Dan because at that point Kabuto had no control over his edo tenseis, unlike Orochimaru did.

And also why didnt itachi do it himself, most likely because he had no initial knowledge of the seal and had to use his sharingan to perform the seals! BUT overall pretty good chapter

But now that Itachi dissapeared, Izanami will be released. Kabutos stil prbly gonna show us some new jutsu, so is sasuke. also, to make it fair, sasuke AND naruto need a tough battle, cuz otherwise, sasuke could just turn up and rip naruto, who is already half-dead from fighting tobi, apart.

Seems to me like most Jutsus, the Edo Tensei was never used to it's full potential until now (kinda like the rasengan...yeah it worked but wasn't completed by the inventor). What Madara did might have been the final part of ET which makes the ressurection complete. Looking at the last page, Madara's face shows no cracks on his skin...he might actually be alive (unless it's just a manga mistake).

As for him being immortal i dunno..... The trend in Naruto (MOST of the time, to gain something greater you must lose something) ...just gotta figure out what that is in Madara's case. Him being completely invincible and unbeatable would be boring in my opinion. THERE HAS TO BE A TWIST SOMEWHERE....after all, this is Naruto we're talking about

He might have gained unlimited chakra but I hope the undying body thing is a bluff. I predict that the "RELEASE" on the last page is him actually releasing death from his body .......completely ressurected....and alive.

Madara proves his worth, people dont understand Madara was the second strongest ninja alive. i like how no one complained when itachi got free of Edo control but everyones hating cause Madara knows how to stay alive. its called plot people, if madara was to leave it would just be to easy for the kages to take out tobi and sasuke.
im hoping sasuke finishes off kabuto and moves to the kage fight or the village council people(or whatever they are)
really hoping tobi captures bee would make the story more interesting to see him closer to his goal.
kages should have no chance against madara but one side should die soon.
the rest of the war should be easy now all they have to do is kill clones if any are left. these next chapters hopefully are worth the long wait.

i said it last week about Madara staying alive and was proven right this week. It wouldn't make sense to just erase Madara from the fight just like that. But I wish they would've explained how he stayed around better than they did. But this war, hopefully, should be wrapping up soon.

so, i think that it's like this: Edo Tensei is a summoning technique--well, a variation of it--which is a contract that allows you to summon something at will (so long as u have enough chakra). With a normal summon, if u beat up or kill the user the summon disappears. with edo tensei, that's not the case, they only disappear if the user releases the technique. Madara knew a loop hole that would free him from being summoned and sent away at the user's will, and now he's permanently summoned, Kabuto couldn't send him back if he wanted to. and Madara probably didn't do this earlier because he never imagined anyone would make Kabuto release the Edo Tensei. he probably figured Kabuto would die because people would think killing the caster would release the tech. and people ask how he knew about it. well, i'm sure he was alive during the time of Tobirama, the creator of the technique and when Madara was first summoned he clearly knew about it, saying something like "oh i was summoned by the jutsu considered to be an abomination" or something like that. so it's not a stretch to think he learned the seals. or maybe his Rinnegan somehow gave him a link to Kabuto--although i don't think even Kabuto knew about it--i mean if u think outside the box there are certainly ways to answer the question, we just can't say for sure yet how Madara knew everything about the tech

i don't see what everybody is up in arms about. I don't think kishimoto just pulled this out of his butt. Madara is an uchiha. Uchiha have sharingan's.is there anytime in the comic where madara and tobirama met. The first and second hokage and madara all lived around the same time right? Maybe madara copied the hand signs when they tried to use edo tensei against him. On another note, that secret scroll that is making its way to sasuke probably has something to do with the demon seal. There was a long period where orochimaru could not use his arms, and he probably tried really hard to find a way of breaking the seal instead of just switching bodies like he eventually did. Thus maybe we'll see everyone that's was sealed somehow. Just a theory. I mean orochimaru needed a game changer and what's more of a game changer than bringing back 4 hokage's. It would have been hot stuff at the time. Kabuto obviously wasn't privy to this knowledge.

He might need to kill madara to prove his strength as the avenger and to show that his hatred gives him strength. Kishi might allow sasuke to kill madara so that sasuke is seen on another level because right now sasuke cant beat naruto lol. this might be his boost that puts him on par with naruto

The only one who can hope to beat Madara at this state is Naruto with the Kyubi.. He blocked 5 bijuu balls and he hasnt even perfected that mode with the kyubi yet.

This chapter was a contemptible bunch of bullshit. Who gives a flying **** about Tsunade and her dead ex Dan..?? And what was the point in exaggerating Itachi's fight with Kabuto if at the very end he can't release the main Edo, i.e Madara? Kishi can screw himself for peddling this nonsense.

The chapter was only good because of the last page. I really don't get it, at this point of the manga why on earth would Kishi show us the Dan and Tsunade love affair. Most of the people really wouldn't care about it at this stage of the manga, during a war. Seriously a waste of time.

What's with the complaints? Either or, you would have complained. If Kishi just let Dan vanish and didn't explain his technique, you guys will say you got trolled. I'll be hearing this: 'What's the point of summoning Dan if he won't get to see Tsunade?' If Kishi let Tsunade die in that way, you'll say t'was lame and not Hokage worthy? Otherwise, if she suddenly restored her chakra you'll be wondering, how the hell she had her chakra back? C'mon people, can't you really see how hard it is to fill plot holes? Don't hate appreciate.

As a Tsunade fan, I actually find it too short for a Dan-Tsunade confrontation, really, but I liked it. I wonder on what jutsu will Tsunade spend her newly restored chakra? Sage mode maybe? Hihihi

So Madara is back, and Tsunade's the only capable person to fight him atm. Hmm.

The Five Kages probably escape somehow. I doubt that Sasuke will fight Madara in the near future. More likely after Naruto defeats Tobi, Tobi escapes then Madara and Tobi meet up and we learn a bit about their history then Madara probably kills Tobi. Sasuke probably will be beason with that scroll. It was said that it would allow the user to take control of the war.
