"Uchiha Madara" attacked Konoha, then controlled 4th Mizukage and then created Akatsuki. Here are the details:
1. According to the 3rd Naruto Databook, Kisame is 32 yo, meaning he was only 16 when "Madara" attacked Konoha. From the 507 drawings of Kisame, it's possible that he was 16 when he met Ibiki, but definitely older when he met with "Madara".
2. "Madara" was a very patient and single minded person. If he wants something he would do anything to make it happened, or until he is defeated. He wanted to destroyed Konoha 16 years ago, but when he met with Kisame he talked about the moon eye plan. "Madara" aims at a much bigger goal which is world domination. If he had aimed to do the moon eye plan 16 years ago, he would not need to destroy Konoha.
3. Somehow "Madara" got found out which forced him to flee again. Something happened to the 4th Mizukage, so the 3 tails got free without a new host. Kisame also deflated and become missing nin, but Kisame didn't know about "Madara" whereabout.
4. "Madara" somehow met Pain and used Pain to create Akatsuki, told Pain to recruit Kisame, Sasori, Oro, etc.
5. "Madara" met Itachi and recruited him to Akatsuki.

The databooks can be wrong. If you take another look at them, it says that Killer Bee is currently 35 years of age; so, to calculate the age Minato was when he died, you would substract 16 from 35, and there you get 19.

Minato got married, had a child, and sealed the Nine-Tailed Fox into Naruto all before he was even twenty years old? Of course we know Minato was somewhere in his mid-twenties when he died, not 19, so this information is blatantly incorrect. Kishimoto never actually states the age of a character, so the databooks do the same thing we do - make hypotheses. They can only estimate how old a certain character is.

Kisame could have been much older when he first met Madara, so the age the databook gives us could be wrong. Also, the reason why I think Madara first met Kisame, then attacked Konoha was because right before departing, Madara already hinted to Minato that his Moon's Eye Plan was in motion.

And remember, just because Madara is working towards his Moon's Eye Plan doesn't mean he is going to leave Konoha untouched. He has always wanted to destroy the village, regardless of what goals were. Minato says that himself in chapter 440, "I believe he'll attack the village again," even after Pain leveled it to the ground with his gigantic Shinra Tensei.

Madara voices his own satisfaction when realizing that Itachi's death has opened the doors that have long since closed, capable of annihilating the village and all it stands for.

Madara has a larger goal in mind, yes, but he still has intentions to exact revenge on the place that he has grown such an intense hatred for.

Also, since Yagura was the Fourth Mizukage of Kirigakure, and Minato was the Fourth Hokage of Konohakagure, we can assume they are both from the same generation of ninja. Clearly, Yagura is a teenager as portrayed in chapter 507, so that means he became the leader of his country much earlier than Minato did, who became a Hokage during his twenties, not in his teenage years. This leads me to believe that Madara was controlling the Mizukage many years before going to Konoha, extracting the Nine-Tails, and unleashing it upon the village. I suppose we'll just have to wait until Kishimoto clears up the timeline of Madara's life, because as of now it still has some unclear areas.

Whine about Sasuke all you want, but so far Naruto has gotten a lot more for doing a lot less in terms of training timespan and powerups. The only thing Sasuke truly pulled out of his *** was that Hawk and now naruto the FTG tech........

Sasuke hasn't gotten that many power-ups "out of nowhere"

He trained intensely since childhood to reach the level he was at the start of the manga
He trained intensely for a month with Kakashi to learn Chidori
He trained intensely with Oro for 3 years to master his CS
He lost his CS but gained MS against Itachi and has since been mastering the MS techniques over the course of multiple battles.

All MS techniques were stated before he used them and the conditions to unlock MS was stated long before Sasuke unlocked it, even then he lost a lot of physical power (His Inner-Oro and CS) when gaining MS
The only "power-up" he pulled out of nowhere was the Hawk summon, which even then can be explained as either thanks to Jugo or done somewhere in the time-gap. anime fillers.....

I don't think that tobi is madara. Remember when kabuto met tobi. He used his resurection jutsu to bring back some people and the final person shocked tobi who asked where he got the body. Maybe it was madara's real body. Tobi's just pretending to be madara to cover up his true identity. Perhaps danzo? After all tobi only shows one eye and danzo had one eye with sharingan.

Naruto 508: A Lesson in Fear

Kisame charges forward and immediately grabs for the ninja trying to read his brain. Before anyone can stop him he instantly snaps the ninja's neck. Naruto charges headlong towards kisame.

Naruto: "You will pay for what you have done!"

Kisame reaches a kunai from the dead ninja's belt and stabs Naruto in the stomach. Naruto falls over in pain as he struggles to move. Yamoto and all the others are shocked.

Yamoto: "Naruto!"

Killer bee charges forward with samehada but kisame catches the edge of the blade and deflects it into the air. Kisame punches killer bee hard in the stomach and he leans over in pain. Kisame catches samehada and slashes Killer bee in the back. Killer bee smiles as the others flee in terror except for guy who looks at Kisame with a terrified look. Kisame smiles as he walks toward guy with a blood drenched samehada. Unknown to him another person is watching him from the shadows behind a tree.

Shadowy figure thinking: "Its working. Looks like he has accepted the illusion for now."

Kisame is smiling with blood pouring from his mouth while Naruto and the others looks at kisame's face with disgust.

Naruto: "What happened? What did you do to kisame?"
Ninja: "I noticed he was starting to repel the mind probe so instead I converted it into a genjutsu induced coma similar to tsukyama."
Yamoto: "What is happening in his mind right now?"
Ninja: "He is killing you all as we speak."

Naruto looks at Kisame as he continues to sit in the restraints.

Naruto: "So what are we gonna do with him?"
Motoi: "I will send word to Raikage immediately for Kisame to be picked up. His interrogation as well as eventually his execution will be of the highest priority obviously to many of the villages."
Naruto: "Good. He deserves it for what he has done."

The others are looking down at Kisame as he still continues to smile while oblivious to what is going on around him. On a distant tree top several dozen feet away Zetsu is watching them as they look down at kisame.

Zetsu light: "So are we gonna save his but again or what?"
Zetsu dark: "Sadly we can't this time. He is too well guarded. For now he is on his own."
Zetsu light: "At least he did not leave us empty handed."

Zetsu light lifts up the scroll to examine it.

Zetsu light: "Its a good thing that Kisame dispatched another scroll before guy got to him. This information on the defenses of kumogokure should prove useful."
Zetsu dark: "Indeed. We had best bring this away before they can detect us."

Zetsu slowly disappears into the tree as we view it from the reflection of a bird's eye. The reflection changes as we now see it as the eye of a young ninja with a sand ninja headband. He runs as fast as he can through a tunnel. As the exhausted ninja stops to breath leaning against a wall a few kunai hit the wall just inches from his head. He gasps in shock as someone moves towards him in the distance. He smiles as he pulls the kunai from the wall.

Young Ninja: "Take this!"

The young ninja tosses the kunai at the figure who just in a flicker seems to disappear. The ninja eyes widen as he sees the figure vanish.

Young Ninja: "Where are you?!"
Voice: "Right behind you."

The young ninja gasps as a sword goes right through his chest from behind causing him to cough up blood as he seems to be supported only by the blade. From behind the shadows the face of sasuke is shown with a new sharingan. Sasuke looks over in the distance as Madara is looking on.

Madara: "Nice work sasuke."

Your rite, but nobody see's it like that. Mostly everyone see's sasuke uchiha as a emotional, spoiled, brat, that nobody wants to deal with.

When it comes to powers they hate him because of his sharingan an he gets strong powers almost effortlessly.. not thinking that he still has to train to become stronger with them.. not thinking that he was born with this rare kekkegenkai... they judge him because he is stronger than all there little weak konoha ninja.

they both had to train extremly hard to master there power's so will u people stop making sasuke seem stupid because his brother decided to unlock his hidden potential.. jus like the 4th did for naruto.

Think about it most uchiha couldn't obtain mangekyo an sasuke did it at 16.. and for the record he didnt kno itachi was giving him his powers.. he jus activated them after itachi was dead.

I'd like to see more of his background, I'm a little disappointed that, that was all there was. I'm hoping the next chap. will have more.

Yeah kakashi told Tsunade but he isn't certain if it is actually Madara, the Kage's know about Madara and his intentions, one Kage even fought alongside him. But yeah the whole short story on Kisame was short lol. If Kisame dies in the upcoming chapter(s) i hope we get a filler on his past life. But if he lives, i would assume that Kisame will heal his tongue or perhaps Zetsu will fix it.

B) Sasuke fled Konoha to join an apparent pedophile, and has continued to seek any and every possible target merely for an excuse of having a noun for his hatred. this defines Sasuke as "Emo Trash" end of story. While I loath Sakura's whining, I prefer that to Sasuke going on and on about how much of a victim he is.... get over it already.

In a typical human death from blood loss of this sort takes about 12 seconds, as opposed to the femeral or jugular arteries which cause death by exsanguination (bleeding to death) within 3-5 seconds. I find it odd that among all the ninja assigned to "protect" the Jinchuiki there are no medical nin close by.
D)Gai is perfectly suited to beat Kisame, that's all it is.... though did enjoy Gai throwing some weight around and showing everyone why he and kakashi are "rivals"
E) Give up on naruto killing somebody, seriously, find me any single reference where naruto actually killed anyone who was alive. The closest is Chiyo asking him to lend her his chakra.
F) I am surprised that gai retrieved the scroll. I had assumed that the scroll would get away thus facilitating naruto's being moved from the island.... course this could still happen based soley on kisame infiltrating it.


I might be out of points now..... but all in all, I like this chapter, not the best, but still a 3/5

If the external Jugular is cut, the time of death through blood loss is within 5 Minutes, not 3-5 seconds. If the internal Jugular is cut, the time of death for blood loss is within 1 minute, again not 3-5 seconds. The average is 2 minutes if both the Internal and External Jugular is cut, not 12 seconds. Good job on exaggerating the time of death.

Kisame Bit his tongue, it never said he bit off his tongue otherwise we would see his tongue come out of his mouth, why swallow your tongue? Spit it out. Plus people survive having their tongues taken out or cut off. It's relatively the same thing and people can and HAVE survived without their tongue.

As regarding to this new chapter, it was awesome to get more to know about Kisame's past and this fight betwen Guy and Kisame really showed what Guy is capable off and i believe he has 1 or 2 tricks left up in his sleeve, so 5/5 for this chapter.

Agree, with a couple of exceptions. First, Itachi didn't forbid Akatsuki and Madara to attack konoha. It was more subtle than that. The scratched forehead protectors mean that they have no more connections with their respective villages. So it should be something meaningful. Itachi could have offered to do the missions that implied konoha (like capturing naruto), avoiding the other members' contact with the village. IMO, Madara was stronger than Itachi, and both of them knew it. My point is that they didn't need Itachi's permission to do something to Konoha

Destroying konoha is like a little game for Madara. He can find time for that in his coffee breaks. It didn't take Pain long to flatten it. So it shouldn't interfere with his other big plans.

And the simplest reason for Madara to keep his mask on is Sasuke's amaterasu, which is still active towards madara. Another would be to hide his wrinkles, like Tsunade.
