hmm... Perhaps he needs those sharingan to emulate the physical eye of the juubi... Remember all that is left in the world is just the juubi's chakra and its body became the moon... He can not cast the infinite tsukiyomi without the hardware since the jutsu is doujutsu afterall... No eye, no eye technique

You can see that Naruto hyperventilating, Sakura and Karin crying and Kakashi's speech shows that they care about Sasuke and really want to help him in any way they can, but Sasuke being blinded by hatred more than the overuse of MS just hurting them because the only thing that matters to him is revenge.
PREDICTION: 10 pages of talking, 6 pages of flashbacks and on the last page Naruto decides to kill (maybe just hurt) Sasuke to stop him BUT in the last moment he gets hit by... Madara...WRONG!! NO ofc its Sakura blinded by the stupid love she feels for Sasuke helps him. That's probably the only thing she can do to top the stupid shit she caused already. And we will read: "How will Naruto reacts to Sakura's betrayal?" On the bottom of the page: "Next time: Sakura is the biggest bitch in the Universe"...err i mean "Undying love" (BLEH) Also: "Sorry no manga next week because a Sasuke-hater attempted murder against Kishimoto (for overpowering Sasuke ofc) and he is in hospital right now". I predict naruto will be saying this to convince sasuke
naruto: sasuke... i understand you, i felt the same way when konoha was destroyed... I felt the same way towards the one who inflicted pain upon me when my loved ones was killed... but i realized hatred will not change anything...if you succeed there will be no better future for the Uchia either... there will always be someone who will be hating the Uchia clan and eventually cause the same pain that you are feeling right now.... Sasuke im asking you to stop this revenge for the sake of the ninja world and the Uchia clan...

Interesting chapter, but I think we all could have predicted what happened here (Sakura tried to kill sasuke but couldn't, Sasuke loses the "light" from his eyes because he used MS too much. Naruto finally gets there, after running for so long, etc).
So the big question is this: Team 7 is all together, what's going to happen now?
Sasuke is in a bad place. He's exhausted from the fight with Danzo, his MS are apparently gone (whether it's temporary or permanent, we don't know). He's not just against one strong opponent, but three (Sakura isn't as strong as the rest, but she's no push-over either as we saw in the fight against Sasori).
I think we can all guess that Sasuke doesn't die here. The fight would be too meaningless. Sasuke is weak and outnumbered. Plus, Kishi said that the fight of Naruto vs Sasuke would happen towards the end of the story. Is this the end? With Sasuke weak and outnumbered, I think this would make a pretty shitty conclusion, plus the whole story of Madara and the ten-tails hasn't concluded yet, so I don't think this is the end of the manga entirely.
My best bet is this: Sasuke and the rest of the team talk for a few pages. He gets more angry/crazy through the whole fight. Team 7 says that they want to kill him, and Sasuke sees how powerful Naruto has become. This makes Sasuke even more angry for several reasons: In all prior meetings, Team 7 has been trying to "save" Sasuke but now they want to kill him, he sees how much more powerful Naruto has become, he realizes that he has lost MS and become weaker, and realizes that if Kakashi becomes Hokage then he is somehow responsible for the Uchiha massacre. They fight a little, but Sasuke is completely outmatched and overpowered. Madara comes back to save Sasuke and takes him away using the teleportation jutsu. Sasuke, realizing that he cannot win without them, takes Itachi's eyes. He gets new power (again) without having to train, and everybody on this message board will be happy about it
More in the future, I think we're going to see some other things happen:
1) Sasuke (and maybe the rest of Taka) will join Akatsuki. Sasuke will want revenge against Team 7, so will partner with Madara to get it. Sasuke may also be motivated by the Ten-Tails and might want the power for himself to get revenge.
2) Sasuke, Madara, and Taka will join up to get Killer Bee. I think they will succeed.
3) Without Kisame, Suigetsu can take his sword.
4) Kakashi becomes hokage, especially now that Danzo is dead. Some of the other elders and other candidates in Konoha might "go away" if Sasuke tells Kakashi about the plot to kill the Uchiha.
5) Naruto is going to begin intense training, especially if Killer Bee gets caught. Naruto will realize he is the last Jinchuuriki. Other people might realize that as well, and there will be pressure to keep him "safe" inside the village.
I'm looking forward to the next issue, I really want to see how this fight plays out.

Itachi said that Madara was not very powerful. Itachi said Madara was just a shell of his former self.

Now that's a very interesting possibility, but I don't think it will happen.
Right now Sasuke is weak and tired. He cannot win in a straight fight (3 against 1, with reinforcements probably on the way?). Madara could come back to save him or somebody could come to make a distraction. Kabuto might be a good choice, but what is his motivation? Why would Kabuto attack Kakashi/Naruto now, and why would he help Sasuke, after Sasuke killed Orochimaru (and remember, Kabuto is 1/2 Orochimaru now, and Orochimaru has probably taken over his brain).
So yes, It's possible that Kabuto comes out and interrupts the fight, but I don't know why he would want to.
Well, would it really be so bad? Sasuke could go to Konoho to rest and regain some energy. Plus, being back in Konoha would make him more angry/crazy and would make his power increase. If Sasuke was there, the Raikage and other people would want to see him and question him after the attack on the kage summit, and maybe Raikage would bring Killer Bee. With both remaining Jinchuuriki in the same place, Madara and Taka (and Sasuke, from the inside) could launch a big surprise attack to try and capture them.
Madara seems able to teleport anywhere he wants, if Sasuke was captured, he could gather intelligence and get rescued by Madara at any time.
So I don't think it's likely that Sasuke gets captured here, but it wouldn't be horrible for the bad guys if it happened either.
I don't think this fight is going to last long. This is what's going to happen. Remember way back in Naruto when Sasuke and Naruto where at the roof tops fighting? Sasuke did a a chidori and Naruto a Rasengan.
Sasuke felt so weak compared to Naruto after seeing that. This motivated him to get stronger.
I predict the same is going to happen. Sasuke is going to question how strong he is after seeing Naruto. He'll take Itachis eyes.
