Kishi would be the one to get us excited for the next chapter but then have the storyline suddenly stop next week so I wont get my hopes up for a 'hey naruto lets beat the shit outta sasuke'. But it was still a good chapter xD. Naruto jumping in was so predictable though. U_U

kabuto showing up might be a serious possibility worth considering, but seeing as sasuke is surrounded by his own enemies. I am going to have to go with madara or zetsu coming, most probably madara.So what do you think will happend among the 3 outcomes?
Sasuke being taken back to konoha seems highly unlikely as madara is not one to just let his only hope for redemption go back to the ones he is trying to kill...
EDIT: I dont want to double post so..
he said that he is a shell his former self. several members have said that he probably used izanagi to escape from certain death at the hands of the shodaime. It is possible because (just as an example), that he used his other eye (the one invisible behind the mask). This would mean that he cant use susanoo as well as the mangekyo tech associated with the left eye. Also possible is that he lost control of the power he gained after getting the EMS (assuming that it also needs both eyes to work), or it could just be that the teleportation thing he does is actually his EMS ability.
For those who say that madaras tech is like kakashis kamui, i sort of agree. The only thing that am not sure of is whether or not kakashi can be said to have EMS since the sharingan isnt ACTUALLY his, in which case we can say that madaras tech is part of the EMS (considering similarities to kamui)

Of course he's gonna b saved theres only one REAL option he can either get the $h!t beaten outta him or madara or one of his other buddies will come save him....i just hope naruto gets one good hit in b4 then......and i wonder how the rest of the taka team will feel about sauske killin karin??? i wonder wat they'll do????

I think that the only logical thing that could happen in the next manga is that either Sasuke gets rescued by Madara or he is finally brought back to the light by Naruto. As Sasuke is now (almost blind) he is not even a match for Kakashi, and after Naruto mastered sage mode he no longer stood a chance...

Yeah.... thats seem how it might go, somebody saving Sasuke butt, once again.
Karin might be some help to the leaf village.... i hope she join the Leaf Village Maybe she will have a chrush on Naruto I think the taka team would act sad because they lost one of their teammate, but they move on or find somebody else to fill Karin. I just hope Karin doesnt die

You're right, Naruto isn't like that. He wouldn't think of killing Sasuke as fulfilling his promise - it wouldn't evewn occur to him. But I don't think it will be as simple as Naruto trying to convince Sasuke yet again. He said in this chapter 'I will know when I see him" - Naruto has no idea what the right thing to do is anymore when it comes to Sasuke. Even Sakura no longer believes Sasuke can be saved. The key for me is the shattering of the image of Team 7 and what Gaara told Naruto about being Hokage. There was a big shift here, and Naruto's decisions right now do not reflect only on his Way of the Ninja, but on his ability to be Hokage in the future. He needs to start thinking like a leader, and there is no question that Sasuke needs to be dealt with, and technically, if he had been any other missing-nin, he would have been dealt with already. Everything has changed, and I think, right now, nothing is sacred. Sasuke killed the acting Hokage and tried to kill both Karin and Sakura, his companions. Naruto never thought he would have to save Sakura from Sasuke, but he did. He never thought Sasuke would be this much of a threat to Konoha. It will not be easy for him to be forgiving, just as it was not easy with Nagato, and when it comes down to it, there may be nothing he can do but kill Sasuke, just like the third, and Jiraiya, both had to try to kill Orochimaru. Yes, he told Itachi he would save Sasuke and the village, but I am beginning to think that the only way Sasuke can be saved now is through death, like almost every other redeemed villain (Zabuza, Nagato - notable exception being Gaara). It does not mean he has given up on Sasuke, he still has hopes, but I think he has realized there may be no other way. It can still go either way, and I am looking forward to the next chapter because I think it will be a very important chapter, and will be very telling. I think this confrontation will be one of the most important in the entire series.

Yup that makes sense I don't think Kabuto will try to fight Sasuke now especially when team 7 is there. You are most probably right the fight will happen only after Sasuke gains EMS and KabuOro will say WTF!!!! But I really hope this time Oro can make the manga even more interesting for example what if Oro found out Madara's eye store or any other secret of Madara then go up against Akatsuki it will be something to look for.

Someone already mentioned it that if Madara was so powerful why would he need to use Nagato and Sasuke. Well the question is if Madara can use his space time tech and go almost anywhere at the freaking speed of light why did he need to use Akatsuki and take the Bijuus. I don't think its because Madara is a former shell of himself but rather every tech has got limitations or a weak point. I think there is a limitation on how long or how much he can use that space time tech of his. The thing is the way he took out Danzou's underlings made me wonder Madara is a former shell of himself? May be he was extremely strong at his prime when he fought the First but even now he is one of the strongest character in the manga. It will be interesting to see Sasuke fight against Madara when gaining the EMS. But really there are still lots of things we don't know about Madara. Slowly we will start to know about him and his secret past. That will be extremely interesting.
Completely taken out of nowhere, but what if Konan appears?xd And lectur Sasuke on how good of a... um... willpower Naruto has and how he turned Pain, the Akatsuki leader. And Sasuke starts to doubt himself, and then Madara shows up and becomes that Konan is alive and on the good side or something
Anyway, arn`t Sasuke`s going to set his mind on what his goals will be from now on after the fight with Danzo? I wonder why Kishi said that if Sasuke was still going to "crush Konoha"?

I am reading a lot about madara and i have to give you reps for this i also think that madara used one of his eye in izanagi and now has only one eye which in turn can alo mean he cant use EMS or other MS tech and to revive his eyes he needs sasukes EMS because remember he only has one eye and is not a lot powerful and even his space time tech has limitation as seen in the manga so i believe he is using sasuke for his eyes and to fullfil his plan.
I was sleepy so I stopped there.
Where I was going with it is Sasuke (and only Sasuke) would see Naruto's eyes goto full sharingan then morph to Itachi's MS as a genjutsu.
Sasuke would know immediately that it was genjutsu, since he would be able to see it plainly despite his blindness. But that only helps Naruto's case because Sasuke knows Naruto has absolutely no talent for genjustsu. To have Itachi's MS (even though genjutsu) appear in the eyes of someone whom has no control over it.... deja' vu.
Of course we wont know till it is released.

On a side note, I think if Naruto is able to convince Sasuke, that's when Kabuto will show up, and makes all Naruto's efforts, pain and his promise to be in vain.

I really think that naruto will see the true darkness in sasuke when sasuke say something to him that pretty **** up like the 9 tail beast i can capture u now then, but i dont think madrea will come in save sasuke not just yet he love to see a good fight n sasuke still got a little fight into him but most likely we gone to see naruto just give up on sasuke once he look into his eyes we already know he was about to kill sakura but once naruto look into his eyes they when naruto will have his choice on what he will do
but i have so much predictions on this chapter which is crazy like i really have a feelin that madrea want sasuke to gain the EMS eyes so he can take it from him n create a holy new forced eye so he wont let sasuke just leave

At the start of Shippuuden I thought that Sakura has become more useful but I was totally wrong. She is such a pain in the butt. She says she don't need any help that's why she used the smoke bomb on her comrades and when she finally got the chance she says I can't what a loser. And Kishi said that Sakura is going to be more of a heroine this year. I can't wait to see what happens.

yeah...but my guess is he is still using izanagi... He is using Izanagi from the time Shodaime supposedly killed him till the present to keep him alive... Remember he has Eternal MS... and i think when an EMS eye is used for Izangi it will loose its light but will have eternal effects... he does not fight because there might have complications caused by shodaimes jutsu...although i think the same way madara never showed his face, so we can't know if he has only one eye. his mask makes us think that way but we really don't know for sure. it may be a trick by kishi to fool us
the only way to kill him is to seal away his hidden eye...

Ya, i agree with that idea too, never thought about it. But if that's true he can see everything like danzo did from the sky. And if this happens he has to go save sasuke because he is seeing him. Unless he cancelled the technique like danzo did because it consumes much chakra.
