That's actually a very good point. It doesn't say that all 6 of the deaths will be of Konoha Ninjas, we were just taking that as a given.

My question is in regards to this statement:

6. 3 of Naruto's important people will die or get seriously injured

I'm not sure whether Kishi is referring to people important to the Character Naruto, or to the manga itself. (Like Shizune is important to Naruto's character, but not to the actual manga) We already know that 1 of these 3 was Jiraiya. And if it means in regards to the character naruto, then the other two deaths could be Shizune, and Pa Frog. But if it's meaning important to the manga as a whole (which I personally think it does), Kakashi and Hinata are the only ones that fit that bill. I hope they're both just seriously injured. T_T But I think kakashi is dead... more on that later.

4. Naruto will collide with Pain; Kakashi's team will collide with Tobi. There will be big turnaround on Tobi v. Kakashi's team. Naruto v. Pain will be fights of the "beasts". Be prepared, during this fight there will be deaths from Naruto's team.

9. Sai, he will cause something huge (laughs)

Could these two statements possibly be related? and the death to naruto's team will be Sai? When you think about it, Kakashi isn't part of Naruto's team anymore. His team consists of Yamato, Sai, and Sakura. So, the way I see it is that it could be Sai after he causes something huge, or Yamato trying to supress 6 tailed naruto.

And lastly:

11. 2 huge characters of Konoha will die.
1 confirmed to be Jiraiya, but it doesn't say that the second will die during the fight with Pain. But I believe that it will be Kakashi. The only thing that he had going for him in the statements was that his team would face off against tobi (Doesn't say Madara)... but if you actually think about it, he's already done that back when they were searching for Sasuke while he was fighting Itachi.

It is my personal belief that Hinata won't die here.

I'll try to add something else to what you said:

The part where 3 of naruto's important people will die or get seriously injured: It's clear as crystal glass, first we must look at the first setence, 3 of Naruto's important people, means that these 3 characters is important for Naruto as a character and not konoha or the manga. We are now 100% sure that the number 1 is Jiraya, as he is until now the most important character for him, even more than kakashi or dare to say, sasuke. Now kakashi, sorry but actually he's a way more dead than hinata is cuz we already have 3 proofs of his dead to this point. Kakashi is for sure an important character, so he's my number 2 (remember, he doesn't say that these character must be killed). Now only one left, let's see the facts, who's important for naruto, not considering those he cares about. Until now, he cares for hinata the same he cares for sakura, shino, lee or the ramem guy. Now considering important in a term of very important to his life to this point, someone iruka, jiraya and kakashi's level.
will die or get seriously injured if this character doesn't die, he/she will end up seriously injured, no just a scratch or unconsciousness. He/she will end up in a situation of near death or will never be able to act as a shinobi again.

Kakashi team will fight tobi think it's already done, when they briefly encountered him, and the turn around event is zetsu informing about itachi death.

Naruto v Pain will be a fight of beasts *cough* see bee coming out and begin a battle eight tails vs nine tails? *cough*... although very improvable, but who knows.

Be prepared, during this fight there will be deaths from Naruto's team. Now the point, he clearly say that there WILL BE deaths from naruto's team, now who's naruto's team? Is it team 7, Konoha genins or the team he came when teleported from frog's mountain (pa and ma frog and the 3 huge frogs).

2 huge characters of Konoha will die. these characters are important for konoha, not naruto. Jiraya is confirmed as important (?), or is it kakashi and tsunade as the hokage, since Jiraya wasn't exactly a konoha guy (remember he lived on konoha but is more a wanderer)... but still, the one could be jiraya.

When I gather something else I'll be glad to put hem there. Peace.

Maybe since Kakashi might die, he will give his sharingan eye to someone important to him, like Obito, maybe that someone will be Naruto, probably not though because when/if Naruto and Sasuke fight it would be unbalanced.

I don't think Sasuke's a monster without any feelings. Right now he's confused. I bet his first reaction after seeing the village will be if his girl is ok. Plus his clan's real estate/history gone. He'll get mad for sure. But Maybe think about his dark path.

If you're thinking Sakura is his girl, you're wrong, He doesn't even like her; He would have killed her along with Naruto, Sai and Yamato if Orochimaru didnt stop him from doing it; I dont know about you, but I dont Call the love, or Caring for that matter. :sasuke:

He might have a reaction to his clans estate and history but other than that, I dont see how he would change his mind. :headband:

Maybe Roclee meant "his team mate girl", not "his girfriend". Sakura was his team mate. Now, Roclee, even if I would like a Sasu Saku, I have to admit Sasuke has never shown an interest in Sakura as a girlfriend.

Naruto1217 is right on two points:
1) that in case Sasuke does attack Konoha with the intention of killing everyone and not just Danzou and the elders, he will be furious at discovering Pain has done the job for him,

2) that when Team Kakashi finally found Sasuke, he felt like killing them. He was angry as they were trying to prevent him from killing his brother, which was his greatest wish. (not trying to condone him).

He couldn't have been otherwise after 3 years with Oro, there's a chance he may recover now that Oro is not there. Oh, I know Naru1217, you won't agree


I agree with Roclee in that Sasuke is not without feelings because:

* He saved Naruto's life when a kid. Of course, looking cool and saying "My body just moved".

* When fighting the 1-tail, he said he did not want those who were precious to him to die.

* When he fights against Naruto, he always decides not to kill him. Once thinking he will not do as his brother wishes, the other because the fox tells him. It may be an excuse he's not admitting to himself, there is no reason for him to do as the fox tells him.

* Before leaving Konoha he stares at Team 7's picture a bit sadly, he remembers Team 7 when attacking the 8-tails.

Those are hints. Before the ones who do not agree reply, I know there are also hints to say he's bad. That's why there are always people discussing about Sasuke: Kishi is always providing contradictory hints about him.

Yeah, Naruto won't need a sharingan to fight Sasuke once he's able to control the kyuubi. We've already seen this in Sasuke's fight with Killer bee.

There's only one point to take into account: Sasuke had no experience with the Sharingan when fighting against the 8-tails. Once he gains it, he may not be as strong as Naruto but able to control the kyubii. And then Itachi's "protection" will be triggered.

This has been discussed in several threads, but I guess he doesn't want sasuke for greater eye strength as he already has Eternal MS, he may need newer eyes as he's old.

And of course he wants the tailed beast. He's revengeful.

I dont think se will be; Naruto is now incredibly strong, and Sasuke has lost the power of the curse seal; Naruto also has the gift that itachi gave him; I dont think Naruto will lose to Sasuke again. :headband:

People just asume that if Madara took his brother's eyes an Uchiha can only use his brother's/sister's eyes. That's because Itachi says that Madara was able to gain EMS with his brother, but he never said "only through his brother".

Hey All,

New to these forums. Been a Naruto fan for about 3 years now, started with the show in japanese finally got caught up and had to start reading the Manga...

That being said... I tried to read through all the thoughts and predictions up until the current page 35, but had to skim. So please forgive me if i repeat something already previously stated!

First off on the Naruto/Hinata vs Naruto/Sakura thing. It's true that Naruto has never said he loves Hinata, however, his feelings for Sakura have always been rather superficial other than team members with deep friendship, I'm pretty sure her and Sasuke will ultimately end up together. As for Hinata, I don't know if it was in the Manga, but back on the Naruto pre Shippuuden series, there was an episode where Naruto was looking for a Beetle with Shino, Hinata, and Kiba. Naruto saw Hinata and thought it was a dream one night and referred to her as the most beautiful girl he's ever seen. There's definitely a little foreshadowing going on there, plus she had taken her hair down. I don't think he's ever looked at tomboyish, shy Hinata that way, but there was definitely an unknown attraction. Additionally, the feelings that Hinata has had for Naruto are the most genuine of almost any others in the Manga, and it goes way, way back. I'd be amazed if Kishi kills her off as she professes her love, and finally shows great strength. Even as a catalyst to develop Naruto, it seems like a waste of major storyline development if you ask me.

Now on to what's going to happen next. Man, I'm as lost as the next guy. But, did anyone else think it was a weak d*ck way for the "Sage Master" to die? With a blown Genjutsu, and a quick stab to the chest? I sure did. I have a feeling there is a Genjutsu in play. Now, whether it's the frogs, who I would hope would have more than one trick up their sleeve, or Naruto possibly... I don't know. But Naruto did make the comment he doesn't know any Genjutsu, I'm thinking that might have been Itachi's gift that was automatically triggered at some point. In either case, I'm hoping it is. Because the raw, destructive power of the Kyubbi is pretty lame to me. In the first series, Naruto would absorb the Chakra and actually become bad a$$. In the time jump, it is just super powerful that seems rather haphazard, lack of direction, and really didn't do crap against Orochimaru. So... we shall see, but maybe the infusion of the last sage clone will manage to play some part in all this. Or maybe there is still "that jutsu" that Jiraiya spoke of as well.
