A few misconceptions that need clearing up:
1. There may be more than one Pein left. We are without knowledge of weither or not RoboPein as I like to call him (Fat Pein, Laserhead, w/e ) is alive and Naruto just covered his eyes, or if Naruto took him down.
2. Naruto was NOT in sage mode when he was doing Taijutsu against Yahiko. Look closely at his eyes, he had reverted.
3. Naruto MAY have 4 Fuuton Rasen Shurikens left. It is unclear at this point weither ding a transformation jutsu uses up the same, more, or less chakra than would be needed for the ninjutsu you are replacing. ( I hope I made that understandable. )
4. Why does everyone think that because Kishi said Naruto was going to learn 3/4 of Minatos jutsu that he knows them right now? Honestly, I think he was far too concentrated on learning sage mode to learn any of Minatos jutsu. Also, what makes you think the frogs know those jutsu? And don't give me an "If not the frogs, then who?" answer.
5. Remember what we know about Peins powers and how thy work and this fight may not be as over as it seems. Konan hrself said that using only one body would prove more powerful. Perhaps now that most of the rest o the peins are taken out we will see Yahiko use their jutsus. Perhaps we will even see him make use of Hungry Ghost Realms ressurection jutsu.
6. No one is going to show up during this fight. This is Narutos fight, and that would spoil the mood. By the way, Tsunande may have sent word to the Sand as soon as Konoha realized it was Pein they were up against. If they brough Tamari it might be possible for them to get there faster via her fan, but it only taking a matter of hours, perhaps a day at the most, would be unfathomable.
7. To all you Kyuubi lovers, I'm sorry but I doubt the Kyuubi will make an apearance in this battle. I've already said that thi is THE fight tha is going to make Naruto aviable candidate for Hokage someda so it is absolutely imperative that he complete this fight on his own;without using the chakra that for so long braded him as a hazard to the village and made him an outsider.
8. I've been wondering for a whilenow why Naruto hasn't simply mde 1000 Kagebushin and wandered into te Konohan librar and simpl read about all the techniques the village has to offer. My guess is themain reason Kishi hasn't done this is because of time constraints placed on Naruto. He's been bouncing rapidly from one thing to another And barely has time for a bowl of ramen, let alone some hard-core studying. Besides, what would they call him? The Professor Mark II?
That is all, for now.
I don't know if I got a contradiction for everything you just posted, but lets see:
1. We don't know if he's dead, but since Naruto killed him without even touching him before, we might guess he is/might be (so probably is). The only reason to not believe it is that no emphasis was put on his defeat.
2. I don't think anybody thought he WAS in sage mode. We've all at least thought/said that Naruto at least stood his ground against him while not in sage mode.
3. I'VE seen others say he's got three FRS left, but I don't understand, since Naruto says he can do two in sage mode. Since he's done two this round, I'm assuming he'll lose the sage mode. He's got one clone left, assuming that's all he's left, so wouldn't that means he's got two left? I might be wrong on this one (I only say that 'cause if more than one person says so, it needs to be examined/acknowledged more than just one's opinion.)
4. I'm only gonna add to your comment on this one (other than where did we hear he was gonna learn 3/4 of the 4th jutsus?). I think there's plenty of manga left for him to learn more jutsus this year. "Who?" There's a couple of people. Tsunade, Kakashi, even the 4th himself (don't ask me how, but if Orochimaru could bring back the 1st and 2nd, then the 4th coming back somehow isn't impossible.), etc.
5. I doubt this Pain body will use others' jutsus. Maybe ones we haven't seen yet, though.
6. Somebody(s) could totally show up in this fight. It doesn't matter if it ruins the "mood" you THINK it SHOULD be.
7. I agree that he won't use Kyuubi in this fight... It's not impossible, though. I was just reading some old chapters, and like Jiraiya said, it'll be his greatest weapon.
8. I agree. He should. Some might argue that this divides his chakra too much, but we've seen him fight like that, none the less. The only thing I think would be hard for him is the studying. He learns with his body, not by reading (I know that's how he learned the Kage Bunshin, but that was one time.). Again, I agree with you.
