The mark on Tsunade's forehead is like a seal that stores chakra day by day and the more time passes the more chakra stored. Remember the time when Orocimaru fought against Tsunade and Tsunade got fatally stabbed by his sword. Tsunade used all the chakra from her forehead seal to heal her stab wound super fast. But once the seal is gone, Tsunade became old.
Although your theory may be plausable, I don't think that's the case. The only place we some something like this is with Sasori and his puppets. However, it was stated that in order to use the chakra of another person some 'living' part of them has to remain. That's why Sasori had to keep (what im guessing was) his heart. He couldn't kill himself and continue to use chakra. Its been stated that peins bodies are corpses of previous ninja, dead, aka not alive, therefor they have no life force, aka no chakra. this means the second part of your theory is bad as well, as a dead thing cannot provide a living thing with chakra (however the reverse can happen as seen with chiyo and garaa). So, unless all these corpes arnt corses and weve all been lied to by the manga itself, the fa greater probaility is that the corpses are mere funnels that can outpour Nagato's chakra. This also is consistant with the fact that a certain ability (see the summoning girl) can be trasfered from one corpse to another. If it were not the case you'd have to find a corpse, who knew the exact same jutsu as the previous corpse with which to replace it.That's funny.
I'm guessing that Nagato has somehow found a way to use dead bodies as chakra batteries. Kind of like a Narato-verse version of the Matrix. He's been collecting dead bodies in his tower for YEARS! He can control dead bodies, as we're seeing now, so he probably somehow has all those other dead bodies producing chakra which he's harvesting.

Sorry if I seem to be quieting the board a bit with my logic, but Kishi himself said the Narutoverse has rules. we might not know all of them, but we can guess by what we see.
This is why Konan probarbly has a Kekki Genkai. She uses paper. Paper = Wood. Wood = Water + Earth. The only way to combine 2 elementsis to have a Kekki Genkai.
This is why Naruto cannot yet be labeled as stronger than Minato or Jiraya. Pain is in too much of a weakened state compared to the one Jiraya was fighting. On top of that, as mentioned, Naruto is getting help from Katsuya and the Frogs. Jiraya was alone.
This is why Kakashi will stay dead. I don't think Tsunande will have enough chakra left to perform the transfer. Chiyo had to use Naruto's chakra and she had half of her chakra left after healing Sakura. By the time Nagatos done with Naruto, Naruto will be depleted of chakra.
Lets be honest, that guy u there was right. Right now Nagato>Naruto, if only for the fact that if he wasn't you may as well crown him hoakage and end the manga here. Its already been stated that Rinnegan>Sharingan.

Krillin's Destruction Disc...? Are you people serious. Rasen Fuuton Shuriken is on another level. NaRuto's attack destroys each individual cell in the opponents body. Remember he hit Kakuzu with it, and it killed one of his hearts and damaged the other one severely. On top of the Tsunade categorized it as a forbidden jutsu since it can permanently eradicate the chakra system. And the biggest spectacle of all was that he was able to throw it. The first time he had to charge with it.

Maybe the dead bodies are just like batteries and Nagato puts chakra in them, like Tsunade's diamond... Don't really think so, but there's gotta be a reason to have so many dead bodies. Nagato can't think that so many of his puppets would die frequently. I think Jiraiya probably WILL be used later (not this battle), as will maybe Itachi, which would give Naruto and Sasuke a common gripe.
The theory of using them as chakra storage is more plausable than your previous theory, as it may be semi-supported by the Sasori thing. But then why have chakra receptors if the corpse has been reanimated by your chakra in the first place? This would be like Oorochimarus jutsu he used against the third, but again those two corpses used their own jutsu.
Pains corpses use specific jutsu that can be transferred from one body to another. Even Konan commented that Yahiko should be used just to use all the jutsu at once. Anyway, orochumaras jutsu was a summoning jutsu so they wouldve eventually poofed away, pains corpses appear perminant as long as thwy are not destroyed beyond use.
2 possible reason for the strock piling of bodies.
1. As mentioned they are dead. They cannot heal, they can only reanimate. So if one gets torn apart, you need a new one. Even Konohamaru was able to at least damage one.
2. An Army of Pain. Who says 6 is the limit?

by the way, mastery isn't measured by the way on how you do things but the result out of it...
ex. frying eggs...
way 1: you fry it in an old fashioned stove, using pan and with a wooden spatula.
way 2: you fry it in an electric stove, using a teflon pan with a flat metal spoon.
way 3: you fry it in a camp fire using an egg cooker above the metal pan.
whatever way you used to fry it, the result is still the same right? same goes with the rasengan, no matter naruto uses a clone or not, the result still surpasses minato in terms of his manipulation - don't forget that minato failed on creating a jutsu like this; mixing an element with rasengan...
there's no point in letting naruto fight his senseis because he still lacks experience but if you really want to compare naruto to them the best point from where to start is pain...
all of them fought pain except minato...

kakashi had a hard time defeating one pain...and its bulls**t because im a fan of kakashi
naruto pawned 4 so far - unscathed...

umm jiraiya is not alone dude...he was in tandem with ma and pa toad relying on them to stay in sage mode...besides he has a choice of summoning all of the toads as well, but he didn't...
right now the situation is like this:
battle experiences, wit and knowledge:
jiraiya > naruto
chakra, sage mode mastery (meaning more strength and speed), jutsu:
jiraiya < naruto
yup you're right bro, jiraiya could have defeated pain if he knew the secret. same goes for madara, he knows pain's secrets...and as for naruto let's just give him an A for his effort of fighting pain (even in the weakened state, just less chakra) and pawning 4 without getting hit...
and last but not the least, dont forget that whenever one pain dies, its power is distributed to the remaining pains...meaning the lesser number, the stronger it gets...
we'll all see it in the next manga

1. Naruto should make his own jutsus....
Even tho he is usin other ppl jutsus who created them....
he has manage to exceede them....But not own his own with out a power up...

Someone asked a while back what the "Shinigami" jutsu was. It was the sealing jutsu that Minato (the fourth) used to seal Kyuubi into Naruto and its also the technique that the third used to "seal" Oorochimarus arms so that he couldn't use ninjutsu.
Here's my question: If the third knew the Shinigami Technique, why the f didn't he use it instead of making Minato use it?
Also, Jiraya once contemplated on why Minato chose Naruto as the vessel for the Kyuubi. I think the answer is two fold. 1. He knew Naruto had a large amount of his own chakra and might be able to withstand the Kyuubis poisonous chakra. 2. Where else would he put it? Id be pretty ticked if the hokage plopped some demons chakra into my kid.
Sticking with the point of the Kyuubi for a second, what ever happened to Naruto's mother? Some speculated it was Tsunande, but that theory died when Jiraya had a flashback. I thought I remembered something about her dying during childbirth.
My own theory is this: Minato sealed her (I can't remember hername right now ) when he sealed the Kyuubi. Easily accomplished with a Kagebushin, just like the Third. Why? So she would always be with him, or because there were complications and she was going to die anyway. This might explan why only half the Kyuubi was sealed.

You really think that Pain is going to disrespect the body of his sensei which is at the bottom of a lake right now by using it? He fought well and died with honor, I think Pain will let him RIP. Besides, right now theres nothing to support the fact that either of these bodies would be particularly useful to Pain. It seems like Pain has a kind of "selection" processfor bodies, otherwise why would Konan need to approve beforehand? Remember? I think it was her who looked at the new Animal Realm before she was escorted into the tower.
If this were not the case we might've seen a scene more like Monty Python and the Holy Grail. "Bring out your dead!" Everyone beind dumped into the tower. Maybe its only a matter of freshness. Who knows for sure...
And now, back to the subject of Oorochimaru. If you think he's bowed his final curtain call, I think you're sadly mistaken. Kabuto lives, therefor so does Oorochimaru. Think of him like Naruto's Kyuubi, minus the seal. I predict he consumes Kabuto, and goes after Sauske for his betrayl.
As for all you timeskip fanboys and girls, I really hope Koshimoto puts that off as long as humanly possible. I hate time skips. I feel like I miss out on so much. I understand the need for them, but they just leavethe reader with a blank spot in the story.

and no1 was able to make shadow clones on da level of naruto ...even kakashi said dat.....dats y he was able to invent rasen shuriken so fast...remember kakashi said dat ....dat style of trining was suitable only for naruto bcoz he has large amount of chakra (excluding kyubi's).....
so dont go on saying dat naruto isnt strong bcoz he relies on sage mode and kage bunshin.....dey r just his skills.....so he will use dem......

loook guys honestly i think naruto isn't stronger then the 4th cmon! he was the 4th the pro the maker of these jutsu's a genius he died to save konoha from the nine tails if he lived he'd be to pro right now... he has a while to go imo as for j-man maybe.
