Hey just a random theory Ill throw out there that I havenet heard anybody say yet (probably not original though). Concerning the power Itachi gave Naruto. Is it at all possible that an aspect of the power might be some way for Itachi to be able to contact Sasuke in the form of some sort of Genjutsu should Sasuke decide to attack Naruto or the Leaf Village? I mean it ould explain the "I hope you dont have to use it" to some extent wouldnt it, because Im sure Itachi didnt plan for him to attack the villaige, it might be a way for Itachi to tell Sasuke his version of Madara's story.

getting a new element chakra is like learning a new language. it is not impossible like Kakashi who has element chakra: fire, earth, lightning and water. Kakashi is a genius and so he has four element chakra. Naruto had the affinity for wind and so he got wind by working hard. But does affinity means only by blood? But Kakashi has four elements. that is a lot of. Could Naruto learned fire element by hard work?

Now as for Kakashi whom only has lighting... he can do the highest level of lighting jutsu... BUT he can also use all element as he copied them... but not high level jutsu's

actually there are six because jirayia when he was battling pein said that the rinnengan allowed the user to use all six types of elemental chakra(in the manga) i'm not sure what the last one is but yamato did tell kakashi that explaining light and dark(yin and yan)chakra would take a long time before naruto understood it so I think light and dark are one type that the nara clan uses(shadows)and the other five are the ones mentioned above.

Based on which jutsu the ninja uses, the type and amount of chakra will be different as would the elements you would be to employ. The five main elemental types are also the names for the Five Great Shinobi Nations: Fire, Wind, Lightning, Earth and Water. Each ninja has the potential to better utilize one of these styles and potentially more. A sixth element has been mentioned but has not been revealed. A special elemental detecting paper is used to determine ones type. When the ninja imbues the paper with a portion of their chakra, the paper will alter to reveal one's type. Fire = burn, water = wet, earth = turn to dust, lightning = crumple, wind = cut in half.

The strengths and weaknesses of elemental chakras are as follows: Fire is strong against Wind, Wind is strong against Lightning, Lightning is strong against Earth, Earth is strong against Water, and Water is strong against Fire. Chakra types such as wood and ice are the result of combining different elemental chakra types, such as the Kekkei Genkais Wood Release, of the First Hokage, Lava Release, of the Four-Tailed Jinchuuriki and the Ice Release, of Haku.

It would be nice to see what they are all up to but I think kishi might get assassinated if he chagend it now...

But I too am hanging out to see Sasuke, madara and so on... and I wonder it Killer Bee has droped a Record Deal yet also where the hell is the Cloud Shinobi... and kunoichi...

It would really suck if Kishi decided to change the story and focus on someone else. Naruto has taken a back seat to everyone else for far long enough. I don't think that Kishi is going to make Naruto take a back seat because for the first time in a long time everyone is anticipating reading the next chapter more than ever. I think it would be a stab in the back if Kishi did that. I better not happen because there will be a lot of people mad and Kishi just might get some hate mail.

Naruto's Family Identity

What really is burning me is the fact they havent mentioned anything about Naruto's Family Identity... or his heritage... I hope its nto one of dose where after Naruto owns pein he just say "Dad and J-man you would be proud" that would suck...


How would you all like Naurto to find out about his Mum and Dad???

Well I was thinking it would take the form of a conter-Tsukuyomi, where if Sasuke attempted it on Naruto, than a mechanism would land Sasuke in a realm where some remnant of Itachi's conciousness remained.

It might account for his lack of strength during their battle as well because such a technique probably would have a serious effect on the user.

So really Im saying its both of a counter genjutsu and what Ive said above, plus the idea of Naruto having any sharingan related abilities is just stupid and sounds to fanboyish to be true unless it were kickstarted by sasuke or something.

I like what you said about the counter genjutsu. That may be a possibility. I'm with you about the whole Naruto with Sharingan thing. I read in the past that some people actually want to see something like that. I think thw idea is totally whacked out. Naruto should only have original jutsus and stuff from his family and clan. Naruto wouldn't be Naruto if he had the Sharingan. Granted he would probably have a huge advantage over everyone, but what fun would that be. Naruto has always been an underdog in all of his fights. That's what makes Naruto exciting to read and watch the anime. I think it would be a stab in the back to all Naruto fans if he got the Sharingan.

When I first read this post I was like, "Did you seriously almost break down?!" But I just read it again and took a closer look at the pick and I know what you mean. Can you imagine how proud his parents are at how far he's come all by himself. Because if you think about what kind of ninja Naruto would be if he still had both his parents there is no way anyone would ever think of Naruto as an underdog. He would be able to do any number of jutsus because of his chakra reserves. Kakashi stated that right now Naruto's chakra is about 4 times that of his and if he didn't have the Kyuubi inside of him his chakra would be 100 times that of his because it wouldn't have to keep the Kyuubi's under control. It's crazy how much different Naruto would be if his parents were around.
