great job man, but isnt the fox cloak like a defense barrier cause it deflects all jutsu attacks and the cloak has a mind of its own so it would keep physical attacks at bay?

Men white fang kakashi would be the best.I think it would be cool for kakashi to gain is ultimate sharingan power now like the white fang sharingan whit to other special ninjutsu lika a ligthing version of amaterasu(ligthing arrow or something like that) and a ligthing barrier jutsu. Then he would the bomb.

i don't think he will... IF he's alive, he won't be fighting for a long time. He just went through a near-death situation.

Well, in the Naruto world that wouldn't surprise me at all. "Everything is possible" , that seems to be the main message of this story.may be he realises that he had still work to do and forces back to life like jiraya

カカシにもついたけどカカシ死んでるかも。
綱手がカカシの状態を察してやり場のない気持ちから巨大な柱殴ってた。

tsunade punched big walls because shes worried and wondering if kakashis dead or not

Konohamaru is gonna get his ass kicked. Kakashi lost and that was with Chouji his dad and other ninja... and Tsunade is gonna have a hard time becuase she just burned all her chakra healing people.

Wow, what a post! You did a great job.
My ideas:
Being realistic, I think Konohamaru can buy somebody time as Pain concentrates on him, but someone will need to save him. I’m not saying he won’t do anything, just that he is not able to win on his own. And also that there is a chance for him to use a shadow clone to pretend he’s attacking Pain as he actually escapes to report on what is going on (he can make shadow clones, otherwise he wouldn’t be able to make two-people sexy jutsus).
Nobody knows where Naruto is, but I guess they know he’s not at Orochimaru’s, as everyone knows he has come back. They came from the mission in which Aloe Vera told them that Sasuke killed Itachi, then Naruto was told Jiraiya died and was sent with the toads. Unless Pain is not really able to read minds, in case Kono lies he’ll become a corpse. That's why I tend not to think Kono will lie.
I don’t think the kyubii will ever accept the frog, of course I may be wrong. I’m sure Naruto already knows some frog-fu, but cannot support my theory.
I fully agree about the new path: wheter making friends, reaching an agreement with or just showing the kyubii who the boss is, Naruto definitely needs to control the kyubii. I don’t think Pa frog will prevent him from trying anything after the fusion failed. Cool idea about a healing jutsu via Kyubi.
Something concerns me about Pain: can he master the kyubii with Rinnengan? Maybe rinnengan has different stages as Sharingan.
Will the Shinobi from the Cloud village arrive in Konoha, or will they previously come across the Hawk who should be heading for Konoha right now? In this scenario, they will fight each other and not even see Pain. They would arrive to Konoha once it has been run over, or once Naruto has arrived to save the village. Will they have to speak to Tsunade, or to Danzou, the new Hokage?
Otherwise, they will arrive as action is still happening, and may aid them or decide not to, in case they don’t like Konoha that much. I want to see if Sasuke has any reaction whatever, whatever he feels, I’m sure he will conceal it. He has to play the role of the Akatsuki in case Pain is there.
Hawk has no chance against Root… but Sasuke alone has some, he was able to win over several top shinobi on his own when he was with Oro. Plus in case he somehow gets Sai to his side (for instance, if he realizes Danzou wants Tsunade out) he may be able to win or gain important info.

Okay Danzou takes over the Hokage palace and chills there waiting for the the fights to be over with. Sasuke shows up and Pein orders him to go to the Hokage's palace and force the Hokage to tell Akatsuki where is. So Sasuke goes to the palace and demands to speak with Hokage so some root guys (not knowing who he is) take him to Danzou. When sasuke sees Danzou he's like who the f*** are u? and Danzou says "I'm Danzou the 6th Hokage!". And sasuke say so u are Danzou. Please to meet u my name is Sasuke Uchiha and i'm here to revenge my clan!! and Danzou flips
