The seal you talking about orochimaru did on naruto, it was a seal to weaken the current seal on naruto. Becasue the only people who were strong enough to either strengthen or weaken the seal was a sanin 9 or someone who is as strong as a sanin. when jirya first meet naruto it was when naruto was trying to walk on water. And jirya noticed naruto and the seal. jirya said the reason why naruto couldnt balance his charka to walk on water was b/c of the current seal was losen and jirya had to losen ti somemore so naruto could balance his chakra. Thats why naruto had a hard time at the ninga academy doing certain techniques. If you wanna read in the manga yuou will have to go back to where jirya first entered the village in the episodes in naruto not shippudeen. doubt it naruto has his seal still cuz he has not yet mastered his bijuu 8tails has mastered his bijuu so he can unlock the full potential of it which im asumeing he already did at the end of the manga and there would be no piont in waiting 4 8tails to go into his full form that would make it even more diffucult and dangerous sasuke im sure he wanted 2 get it over with asap thats y the first thing he did was try genjutsu. it is clear that unless he relys on that natural powered lightning jutsu sasuke has no chance 2 win on his own if it were not for jugo and karin he'd b dead already

That's kinda what I was thinking would happen. But he wouldn't have any snake abilities since there's no Orochimaru. It would make sense too because 8-Tails is only showing the potential Naruto has if he focuses. If they want Sasuke to keep up then he's gonna need something. When Naruto ge older and his body is capable of handling more tails he'll be fighting EXACTLY like Killer Bee is now. And that's not even including the hermit stuff. So yeah, I think Juugo dies but Sasuke regains cursed seal, which could strengthen the MS techniques (namely Susanoo). I don't know if Madara comes to the rescue though. At this point it doesn't look like Killer Bee's gonna let them leave quietly, so something better happen soon.
lololol!! I was thinking the exact same thing! I was actually starting to think Sasuke was going to be with Karin instead of sakura(my first guess) and then I saw that! Geeze... I hope he goes blind from the sharingan, I DEF. wouldnt want to look at that thing the rest of my life...
I think Naruto knowing this Jinjurichi is improbable (not impossible), because info about their jinjurichi is classified as Top Secret by each country (As seen in Naruto Shippuden 72).
