I think that if the fight goes to Hebi that Kisame willdefinitely win. Suigetsu isnt important enough or strong enough 2 take down the Akatsuki member with more chakra than Naruto with Kyuubi juice. He hasnt shown us anything special but a slight reputation and family from Kisames words. That isnt enough for me. He is just another Orochumaru experiment that seemingly has an indestructable body like Orochumaru seems to have and shared the same village with Kisame. Kisame is my main man since back in the mist village. He cant lose to someone like Sasuke's bodyguard.

He is going to make Sasuke look all champ like he did in the beginning of part 2.. Then Naruto comes with RS.. Bam. He looks like shit again (whenever Naruto show off something powerul). But after killing Orochimaru he looks better than Naruto again.. It's a cycle coming to an end. Sasuke got Itachi's MS.. Naruto have the frog key.

I think that there is going to be some danzo time in the manga, because he doesnt seem like a ordinary filler bad guy, he has controll of the underground anbus, and infiltratred the secrete files of anbus, so there might be another was sort of in konoha similar to the wind vs fire thing that happened when they introduced shikaku etc.

but one thing suigetsu have a special ability
