Naruto Manga 398 Predictions
I think the episode will start with Tobi/Uchiha Madara explaining to Sasuke Uchiha Itachi's life story,and that though Itachi was Madara's student, he was secretly trying to make Sasuke strong enough to beat him, since he could not do it himself!
Personally, I think that at some point or the other in the series, the climax will be a new 'super-powered' NARUTO who has finally learnt to control the Kyuubi's chakra(something to do with the last few words Jiraiya wrote on the toad's back), VS 'Akatsuki Leader' Pain, to avenge Jiraiya's death!

Never enjoyed showing off his skills, ah what an honorable shinobi he was," said Madara. "You don't know him like I did. He demonstrated his skill in murdering my parents, my people in front of my eyes, how you dare speak in front of me with such a calm manner is sickening. You, who could even aid him, what was your sole purpose is killing the very people who looked up to you," asked Sasuke. (Tear up)
"Just shut up and listen for change child," said Madara.
"Your brother tried to stop me," said Madara. (Sasuke's eyes are shaking) "I've watched your brother develop for years. He was different. I approached him during one of his outside training activities. Of course I did not explain much to him, but I told him I'd make him powerful one day, even calling him the pride of the Uchiha clan.
(Flash backs of a dark figure hanging around a growing Itachi)
As he grew older he took in my abilities and became quite masterful of them. I slowly began to unravel secret after secret regarding the clan's history. He became so enthusiastic about learning more. He looked at scrolls, tablets, and even secret documents requiring a special knack of stealth to require. He wanted to become the leader of his clan, but slowly began to worry about their destined end. As I continued to reveal information about the clan's dark history, he began to formulate his plans to stop me. He already knew too much. The Kyuubi attack that took place just a few years before than became a clear sign to him I guess.
He was either going to tell Sarutobi and the higher council about my existence, or try to eliminate the threat immediately. I decided to frame him, so if he told, he'd be chased out by the Anbu in an instant. The reason why Itachi was often late or absent during missions or special meetings, was because he was trying to arrange for a way to keep me out of the village, without leaking information to the clan about my existence.
I assumed he spend day after day in his secret hideout drafting up several scenarios to stop the elimination of the clan. He worked closely with Shisui, another genius who was opposed to the clan's dark history. I made my move, and took down Shisui. Of course I did not kill him, I wanted Itachi to gain that power of the Mangekyou Sharingan, I wanted a challenge.
I assume both Shisui and Itachi agreed to the decision, and Itachi gained a new set of abilities. The fool, I planned for him to have the Mangekyou Sharingan. I knew he'd never obtain the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan, so his life was already in turmoil. (Sasuke thinks back to Itachi coughing up blood).
Itachi began to be noticed as a villain by the clan. Even his father began to doubt his creditability. If he even dared make a move, the entire police force would be on him, and even with the Mangekyou Sharingan, he had no prior experience when it came to using it. Before I headed out, Itachi finally caught me. I was stocking up at one of the Uchiha's armories, of course disguised as Itachi. We battled, his skills improved greatly, but still, he was no wear near my level. I returned to the village and killed everyone, while Itachi still slept in the forest. I returned to him and imparted him with a genjutsu of how I killed the clan. He than made his move, he knew that to redeem himself, his life would have to be ended by his brother for allowing for such a mistake to happen. He used the same genjutsu I placed on him and did it to you.
He joined Akatuski to search for me. Still failed, well at least he died at the hands of his brother, he even gave you some of his abilities. Did you know Itachi purposely came across Naruto when he was in close proxy with Jiraiya? He never intended for you to become the way you are today. He thought you'd turn out different. He'd thought your battle with Naruto would persuade you to stick with your village. Naruto went so far to protect you, much like shisui did for Itachi. They both came to an agreement and Itachi benefited with the Mangekyou Sharingan. You and Naruto never came to an agreement, and probably never will. You defected from your village, trusted no one, and took Itachi's words the wrong way and became a hateful being obsessed with power. No, your nothing like your brother, your more like ME!," yelled Madara with cold and horrible laugh at the end.

It looks like these chapters that are coming are going to be Itachi's gaiden.
Tobi explain how Itachi become member of akatsuki.

His mission is recover a parchment on Sand-Village.
He say something to other anbu. This anbu member takes off his mask, he's Shisui.
They going to left the room but Danzou enter on it.
"Can I talk with you Shisui?"
Itachi left the room
Image change to a darkness room.
"We did it, it's here"
"Wait"
"?"
"How many time are you giving classificated information to Danzou?"
"What are you talking about, Itachi? He only waiting to know about my father"

Sasuke is in the same position than last chapter, he don't want to listen madara.

Tobi say that all was begun on one anbu mission.

When they open this parchment the soul of Uchiha Madara was unsealed.
Sasuke say that Itachi kill Shisui and Tobi say that he killed Shisui becouse he attempt to kill he.
Tobi explain that Shisui was the third user of sharingan that coul activate MS and Itachi was de 4th.
Tobi explain that Shisui was experimented the fastest degradation of all MS users, His body could not bear much power and they began to bleed. And finally he die.
Sasuke remember some images of Itachi bleeding. He seem surprised.
Zetsu enter on the room and say something about Jiraiya. Something like Pein discovered any kind of place with one wall signed by Jiraiya and other people and say something about one of those, he say textually : She is on Konoha. and Madara answer: Come with me Sasuke you going to met she.

Madara explain that he lives on temple Uchiha and he say something like : "but don't worry sasuke I get a new house". One day two child go to train to the temple and he saw how they was trainning. He thought that this boys was very stronger and he began to watch they every weekends only like a hobby.
One day this boys was trainning and one of they say something that will shock the other one. "I never listen it... what it could be?... well..."
he continues explain that this boys fight so hard this day and they active his sharingan for have a great battle. "Oh man I was very surprised!" After this Madara say that he stops his plans and began to train this boys becouse they was so cool. One day trainning, Shisui get MS and attack with some especial jutsu to Itachi. But Madara stop his attack with one hand (i supose that was taijutsu?)some days After this Itachi get MS too. Madara was very shocked... this two boys was a genious.
Finally madara say something like : "ofcourse I take profit of this... but your brother wouldn't help me... and I do something for convince he.
