What is Pain's weakness?
Does Pain even have a weakness? And if so, what is it?
I mean, Jiraiya DIES, and we don't even come to know what the Rin'negan does exactly?I know it allows it's user to use 6 elemental techniques(as told in Manga), but exactly how does Pain use it to kill Jiraiya?
Also, there's something else I don't get.If Itachi really is good, then why does he make Sasuke hate him?Why didn't he tell him directly that U.Madara was responsible for killing the clan, and not himself?(With reference to post by Shodaime's version of what might have happened)

Sasuke glares at Madara and tries to stand up. His body won’t respond.

Madara: Don’t push that body of yours too far. I’m not your enemy.
マダラ「…やはりイタチはおろか 里の者にも聞かされていなかったか…」
Madara: Just as I thought, Itachi was a fool. He kept his mouth shut about everything.
サスケ「アンタ…何を知ってる？ 俺をどうする気だ！？」
Sasuke: You... what do you know? What do you want with me?
マダラ「少しは落ち着いたか では今からうちは一族の真実を話そう…
Madara: Just settle down, will you? I’m about to tell you the truth about the Uchiha clan…

As you already know, for generations the Uchiha clan was the police force of Konoha. Their duty was to monitor the other ninja of the village.
マダラ「そんな我が一族を里の者達は 信頼し その真面目な姿勢に尊敬する者さえもいた」
The villagers put their faith and trust in us, and respected our diligent attitude
マダラ「だがそんなものは表の顔に過ぎん」 過ぎん"

Madara: It was important that everyone saw the clan this way. But it’s okay to tell you the true purpose now. We acted as police force and village peacekeepers because it helped us to achieve this true purpose…

九尾の力を支配することができる うちは一族の秘密を！」
Madara: You saw it yourself in the scrolls in the meeting place. The MS’s true power – the power to control the Nine Tails – that is the Uchiha clan’s secret!
マダラ「九尾の力は強大だ 我らが支配すれば 天災をも凌ぐ脅威に なっていたのは間違いない…」
Madara: The Nine Tails’ power is extraordinary. If we were to control it, we would have become a threat such as to eclipse any natural disaster
マダラ「１５年前… 九尾の口寄せに成功し 九尾の力を支配さえすれば 木の葉は我らのものに なっていたはずだった…」
15 years ago…we succeeded in summoning the Nine Tails. As long as we controlled its power, Konoha was ours for the taking.
マダラ「だが我らにも誤算があった 四代目火影が 九尾を封印してしまったのだ 自身の息子の腹の中にな」
Madara: However, we miscalculated, and Yondaime managed to seal the Nine Tails in the belly of his own son.
サスケ「四代目火影の息子…ナルトが！？」
Sasuke: Yondaime’s son….you mean Naruto??
ゼツ「もうすぐペインが木の葉の小隊と接触するよ」
Zetsu: Pain will make contact with the platoon from Konoha very soon.

Zetsu2: You haven’t been keeping a close eye on them, have you? For all we know, the Nine Tails jinchuuriki has already been killed.

Madara: Seems like someone’s butting in…Sasuke, we’ll talk about all this later. For now, you should sleep a bit and recover from your injuries.
