Sasuke can not control space/time at least he hasn't shown anything like that what he can do is speed blitzing AND if so moving through space and time BUT not controlling it like obito could do by travelling into an other dimension. Genjutsu is not really a factor if you compare these two characters. Sure Sasuke has the ability to cast strong Genjutsus due to his Sharingan but Naruto on the other hand has 1. a counter because he is a perfect jinchuuriki and 2. His Genjutsu or the Genjutsu Ma and Pa could use is stronger than Sasuke's. I mean if a rinnegan user can't escape it how is Sasuke going to.

Taijutsu - is clear

Ninjutsu - Everything Sasuke used in the past was not really a big threat for Naruto if you think about it.
