Alright, to start this off, Naruto's arsenal is too powerful.
All Sasuke's shown is speed and an unconfirmed Jutsu.
Naruto was the first one of the two to blitz Madara with his raw Speed.
Sasuke can only see Limbo Dimension, but any Rinnegan can do that.
Naruto doesn't even need to see Limbo, as he can dodge it.
Plus, Naruto was the first one to cut Madara in half, along with the God Tree.
When Sasuke's so-called Perfect Susano'o can cut the God Tree in half, talk to me.
Don't forget Naruto can smack Sasuke in the head with his Truth-Seeking Balls.
What can Sasuke even do against an Arsenal that powerful?
Sasuke's Rinnegan techniques aren't even confirmed yet. All we can do is speculate at the moment.
When Manga gives us an explanation to Sasuke's techniques, then you can talk about his feats.
