Honestly it is too difficult to say. We currently do not know the limitations or full potential of either Naruto or Sasuke. It can already be assumed that Naruto will have more Rasengan variants using the bijuu chakra. And we have yet to learn the limits to Sasuke's teleportation ability as well as what else he can do with the Rinnegan.

1.) That still doesn't take the fact that he was stomped in half, and was still able to block Naruto's blitz.
2.) Well he can either stop time or teleport, He transported a : Sword, Naruto and himself.
