Naruto feats speak for himself. He didn't use an OP attack to defeat the third Raikage in Edo form. And even in the fight, he displayed some for of battle tactic by referring to the Hachibi for help on how to damage him

Naruto did not have help from him in regards to defeating the 3rd Raikage. Naruto did that all on his own.

Plot is how Kabuto had every counter toward Itachi and Sasuke, decided not to kill Sasuke, and was defeated by the asspull we know as Izanami. When did you see BS get pulled from Naruto's fight?

Genin is merely a way to determine what level of mission difficulty you are to be assigned to.

Naruto has shown other feats, that proves he has the potential to take on missions of a higher difficulty.

Unfortunately this is kind of true.
I think he really needs the chunnin/jounin training and he still have a long way to go.
Yeah, sure he can beat most of ninjas and destroy a lot of area, but being a ninja isn't always about destruction. One is expected to have a certain skill or knowledge before he is sent to a mission.

Once he is done with his chunnin and jounin training, he will at least have the knowledge of basic tactics used in a battle.

which skills? stels? nothing use stels. genjutsu use? only three jounin use genjutsu. mission ? naruto in shipuuden send in mission only for kage/jounin level.

Naruto dont have problems with tacticts during the battle.
