Naruto has the intelligence for genjutsu

This is pretty obvious. He doesn't have the knack for Genjutsu like some of the elites do due to inherently lacking Yin Release, but he's still refined his chakra control to the extent of which he can perform jutsu that not even a genius like Minato can manage. That alone would allow Naruto to learn some decent genjutsu if he had wanted to. Frankly, I don't think he would since it doesn't complement his fighting style.

Kushina doesnt have yang release, only yin. Also he inherited her special/strong chakra as was stated by Kurama which might be result of yin release.

Where has he displayed genin level intellect as Hokage?

If you didn't watch the movie he consistently had shadow clones doing multiple activities one of which was reading in the library and management of projects and divisions. Read up on part 1 and look at the responsibilities a Hokage has.

Naruto Uzumaki is an adult and village leader. Just because he's goofy doesn't undermine what responsibility he has and the things he does.

That's like saying Hashirama has genin level intellect.

Not to mention intellect in itself is incredibly broad. What genin has intellect that would allow them to perform CC on a level as that.

I didn't say she did, but she obviously did since the Uzumaki are directly related to the Senju who have Yang Release and said Yang Release breathes life into any form which is obviously something Kushina has a lot of.

If you're suggesting Kushina was Yin Release predominant despite Uzumaki/Senju having been explicitly identified as Yang Release wielders, I honestly have nothing to say to that.

Everybody knows, from early part 1 to the end of the manga, that Naruto is smarter than Sasuke, Naruto just lack education, but he is smarter and he has more sharpness.

Uzumaki has never been explicitely identified as Yang release wielders.
Look at Kushina' s profile in the databook, she has only Yin release affinity.Mito was the first to show the Yin seal.Nagato and Karin are Yin/Yang.
In fact, the only Uzumaki that has no Yin release affinity in the databook is Naruto, and it' s probably because he is the Yang transmigrant.

Naruto being smarter than Sasuke is a manga fact.Sasuke has better marks in class, but Naruto is smarter.
