No yang seal healed Gai and Obito and Kakashi's eye. Literally shown everytime he heal the seal show on the one he's healing.

Naruto naturally doesn't have Yin Release until after he received Hagoromo's power which is said to have both Yin and Yang. The fact that he can use TSB corroborates that idea since TSB requires all chakra natures including Yin and Yang as confirmed in the Databook and Manga. Yes, he can use it, but I don't think he had the affinity prior to receiving Rikudou's chakra and even so, Naruto proved that he was Yang dominant by receiving the Yang Seal.

could Naruto learn genjutsu probably. Can he use genjutsu? No, he doesn't have the training. And it's not exactly his field of expertise so I don't see him benefiting from learning genjutsu. Especially when fighting opponents like the Otsutsuki. Which is fine. His current methods are enough.
