Naruto's better sensory and reflexes is the result of a better body.

Naruto already had sensor abilities from SM which he learnt to enter quickly. He gained more sensor abilities from the Kyubi.

The link between the shinobi alliance and Naruto became weaker over time because the chakra he gave them was mostly used up. There is no proof that that link eternally remains. This would mean that after 15 years or so, Sasuke, Sakura and others would still be connected to Naruto, which is farfetched. The chakra was residual. That doesn't mean it won't run out.

RSM is activated by a combination of Hagoromo's chakra and the 9 bijuu chakra. Wthout Hagoromo's chakra there is no RSM because Naruto cannot create Hagoromo's chakra himself. Once it ran out it was gone for good.

The physical change to Sasuke's eye (rinnegan) is the only permanent one. This was established with the example of Nagato and others.

Naruto only has access to Shukaku's chakra in RM. Gaara's sand is also made of his dead mother so...........no Naruto can't manipulate it like Gaara.
As for Sand jutsu Naruto can use other sand jutsu just as soon as he learns other wind jutsu

RSM boosts sensory abilities. As long as he had Hagoromo's chakra he could enter RSM and hence enhance his sensory abilities. It's sort of like how base Naruto had no sensory abilities but as soon as he enters SM he gains sensory abilities. Doesn't prove that his enhanced sensory ability was permanent.

You still didn't clarify what you meant by "permanent changes to their bodies." 'Cause Hago's chakra isn't permanent.

I also think that Naruto is a psuedo-jinchurki of the other 8 bijuu. Why? Sasuke said that on the 1st page of chapter 693. "You have become the jinchuriki of all 9 beasts."

How would you explain that?
