Naruto fought Toneri at full power

Yeah, Sad truth is that Naruto used up all his bijuu chakra. KCM is Naruto's full power now and he has 100% control of the Kyuubi chakra 100% of the time, just like Bee has with the Hachibi. He isn't a psuedo jinchuuriki of all the other bijuu. Naruto just got chakra from the other bijuu. Without a bijuu that chakra doesn't replenish itself. Naruto getting the bijuu chakra is the equivalent of this.

Saying Naruto can keep using the chakra indefinitely is like saying everyone in konoha can use kyuubi chakra. Yep, dude. Was bone dry at the end of his battle with Sasuke. Not even Kurama had chakra left.

Whether or not he gets bijuu chakra, he still needs Hagoromo's chakra to use RSM. As already explained, both Naruto and Sasuke used up Hagoromo's chakra in VOTE.

He wasn't "nerfed" as some claim. He used all the power he had.

Yeah, I know, but like I said the changes to their chakra is still there. :| Naruto and Sasuke no longer have his chakra, but the changes it caused in their bodies remain.

Naruto's better sensory and reflexes is the result of a better body.

He was nerfed, naruto only used KCM with SM. He never used BM or BSM. Hogoromo also said the bijuu chakra merged with naruto. There is no way for naruto to be their meeting place without him having their chakra.
