Naruto in KCM is probably on par with the Raikage v2, I understand what you mean that evading someone's punch doesn't make you faster. He also never claimed Naruto was faster than him, all he said was Naruto is the second person to ever dodge his v2 punch. Bm is definitely faster than v2, even wikia states that BM's speed and strength is greatly enhanced. It makes sense, Raikage in v2 would never redirect 5 tbb's just by simply moving past them like BM Naruto.

This could be true. Could Naruto dodging a simple punch make him faster? Not always, but it is still a testament to his own speed and perceptions.

If a baseball player dodges a 90 mph fastball, does that mean he can sprint at 90+ mph, no.

However, have these two ever had a footrace or something that comes close to the encounter of speed vs speed as we have seen here? I don't think so. If this was turned around and Naruto had come at Raikage with a kill-type punch, and A would have dodged it, I am sure you would be creamin your pants saying THAT proves he is faster though. I think the level of Naruto's speed is measured by both his actions and the acknowledgement of these actions.

I know A is said to be the fastest ninja but the only way you can tell is how Kishi has stated those facts in the manga and now he is stating and showing facts about Naruto's speed. So unless they have a footrace to decide, it looks like Naruto is coming out ahead.

The fact that he blocked 5 TBBs away in a split second that were all a good distance from each other should be proof enough. He did nothing even close to that in his previous mode.

While he very well may be faster in KM mode my argument was with BM mode and their scuffle.

Its logically impossible and ill explain why.

First of all,we all know the best ability to read moves lies within the sharingan. A not only did he state it on multiple occasions but we cleary saw how he ran circles against sasuke. We also know that A's lightning armor increases his reflex synapsis so much, he was able to see and dodge amateratsu, an instantaneous attack. Now with that in mind, this could only mean one of 2 things:

1.KM mode has to enhance narutos reflexes and visual perception to that of a level even greater that the mangekyo sharingan. Now i know A>B>C logic doesnt work well,but this case is an exception. While i believe naruto has the speed to dodge it, I dont think he has the perceptive abilites or reflexes to see it coming.

2.Plot hole.

The 4th is an exception because it was stated that he had top tier reflexes....he also had a T/S jutsu which we know beats any speed jutsu.
