Naruto cant be faster than the Raikage.....

The only one that dodged it was Minato

Which means Minato>Naruto>Raikage

You can't anticipate someone like the Raikages attack. Sasuke and A both KNEW they were in a deathmatch and Sasuke has MS mind you...but Sasuke still couldnt keep up and got battered.

It's already been said that Naruto can sense evil intent. Wanting to KILL somebody purposely is an Evil intent as I recall. No matter how it's put.

Naruto BM 2 could be the equivalence of Minato Teleport 2. Or Naruto could be faster but for the raikage he isn't even in the equation. The Raikage isn't as fast as Minato or Naruto. End of Story

Its logically impossible and ill explain why.

First of all,we all know the best ability to read moves lies within the sharingan. A not only did he state it on multiple occasions but we cleary saw how he ran circles against sasuke. We also know that A's lightning armor increases his reflex synapsis so much, he was able to see and dodge amateratsu, an instantaneous attack. Now with that in mind, this could only mean one of 2 things:

1.KM mode has to enhance narutos reflexes and visual perception to that of a level even greater that the mangekyo sharingan. Now i know A>B>C logic doesnt work well,but this case is an exception. While i believe naruto has the speed to dodge it, I dont think he has the perceptive abilites or reflexes to see it coming.

2.Plot hole.

The 4th is an exception because it was stated that he had top tier reflexes....he also had a T/S jutsu which we know beats any speed jutsu.

1. No where does it state that MS increases visual and perceptual abilities. That is something Uchiha fanboys usually say to keep Sasuke on par with anyone with speed.
2. MS gives birth to new techniques and thats it. And just because you can see something coming doesnt mean you have the reflexes to react physically to the attack.
3. How could something that raises speed and reflex synapsis not raise perceptual abilities and vision? KCM, 8 gates, lightning armour all do the same, they raise all abilities that the user has and physical senses? But if it didnt raise perceptual abilities he would be like kakashi using chidori without sharingan, having speed and attack power but without the sight to see and react to incoming attacks.

So what im saying is anything like KCM, Lightning armour, and 8 gates raises all abilities including perceptual and reflex synapsis

Well....first of all....it's so ironic that im being called a fanboy but yet people come in here saying Naruto is faster than the 4th and no one jumps on them....oh the irony! It was just to show Naruto's overall growth and that he is catching up to his father.


Second of all...you all keep saying that Naruto was the 2nd person to dodge his punch....this doesn't mean he is faster or as fast as the 4th.

why dont you understand, naruto can sense people, he was stated as one of the best sensors because he can feel negative emotions(raikages punch was with the intent to kill of course he can sense that), thats how hes able to act quick like he has sharingan. The key is KCM/BM and thats what everyones trying to tell you. stop defending the 3rd fastest shinobi in the NV

When did he say this and what did he say exactly? If i remember correctly all kakashi said was"wow,hes fast".

Also,you should compare kakashis one sharingan to a true blooded uchiha who has 2.

See my last post learn to read manga 505 page 7 and you will understand that naruto bm has greater speed and perception than anyone else
