i think the question should be..

How would Naruto react if he finds out Yondaime was his father?

then, we can analyze why the villagers, the higher ups never bother to tell Naruto the whole truth.

It would be prolly the same reason why they try to hide the truth about Itachi from Sasuke.

The Kyubi sealed on Naruto is supposed to be a highly confidential Information and they're tryin to hide it from Naruto. Thanks to Mizuki , he found that out.

I think today is not the right time to tell Naruto yet. Coz it would ruin his concentration especially now that he's trainin for Sage Arts. It may backfire so we should wait for the right time. Mehbi when he becomes Hokage?

And when he does find the truth.. i know he'll be proud that HE IS THE YONDAIME'S SON.
