I don't believe they are evenly matched at all. Delta would have to be Sasuke's level but with ninja tech and I don't think that is the case. This is the same guy who pulled a three headed Kurama out of his ass. Delta would be handful for anyone just because he skill set is overpowered to the point of unfair. She can absorb your ninjutsu, probably not affected by genjutsu, and fighting her hand to hand is like fighting a shark underwater. She probably has a transformation too judging from the way she keeps making her leg look like a hoof. I think I've noticed something about her and Kawaki. They only shapeshift one limb. Delta shifts her right leg and Kawaki does his right arm. But I wonder if its possible for them to release that ability all over their body.
