Description: this finnjutsu will create a invisible seals on the user's body. the seals are like weights which will help the user train for high speed moves. these are a substitute for lead or wat ever kind of weights that lee used for his training.
once the user has fully trained wit the weights his speed will remain the as before he under went the weight trainin but his strenght will increase drasticaly. to deactive the seal, the user will do a simple tiger and the finnjutsu seals will deactive, givin the user superhuman speed but his strenght will decrease (+20 wit seal -15 wit out seal).
this finnjutsu will allow the user to successfully preform the time manupilation jutsu jutsu. this finnjutsu can be activated and deactivated any time the user desire.
*if the user desire to teach it to some1, the student will have to wait for a month or more to get the super human speed. but the students speed will decrease abit and in time he will regain it, plus the strenght*

Description: Time jutsu is not actual time/ space attacks. it involves high speed moves and illusions that make the opponent think that the user has control over time and space. this jutsu is possible after use realeasin (finnjutsu- juuryoukankaku) sense of weight. this is also a genjutsu.
the user will do a simple hand guesture but actually he is doin a seal which releases the genjutsu that causes the adrenaline of the target to increase abit giving the feelin that time is slowin down and u cannot move. usin the human speeds the user will appear in from on the target b4 he or she has released.
this jutsu can be used as a combination jutsu, allowin the user to attack the target at close range. note this jutsu does not slow down the target but the target will feel that he cannot move but b4 he can cancel the genjutsu the user will appear next to him, preformin the next attack. this jutsu will after next jutsu/ attack is preformed.
this jutsu wont work for uchiha members wit 3 tome and ems
this jutsu cannot avoid attacks bcz its against the rules
this jutsu can be use every other turn

Description:the user gathers the energy from the surroundin area to create a rasengan which is pitch black and twise the size of an average rasengan. The void rasengan has the same features of a normal rasengan instead there will not be a destructive impact.
The void rasengan will go tru the opponents body sendin really huge imbalance to their inner system. Their energy flow turns upside down and that is causing also a painful pressure on their chakras, then a huge blast of cold energy will explode tru out the opponent's body ands send him/her crashin couple of feet away.
the opponent will have to be treated immeditatly or he or she will not be able to preform any jutsu. the user suffer pain energy flow to the arm and will not be able to mold chakra in that arm for 2 turns.

I may not be able to use the my bijuu fully. But Kirabi (not Me the actual character) still maintains control of the Bijuu. Therefore your Genjutsu. Is Null and Void (Get It? Void? XD) and since the hachibi is the one canceling it out. You've just gotten Gats Killed, and Hasashi Killed..
and Before you realize that the jutsu isnt effecting me. The Chakra Sensory Ability I have With The Bio. Lets Me Know your Chakra is Moving Behind Me.

u know that there is a major flaw in that jutsu xD higher rank ninja can see that move. katio told me xD and i have been tained in high level taijutsu. thats how i developed time jutsu
and p.s even thought u have the senseing ability u wouldn't have been able pick me up bcz i would be right behind u.
note that the seal covers my entire body so every part of my body is trained for high speeds

The user will skillfully spin towards their target to avoid attacks (kunais, some taijutsu moves and elemental taijutsu like chidori and rasegan) and to increase the power of twin dragon fist, strikin the opponent in the chest wit great force capable of crushin bones, rippin some flesh from bones and pushin the target 40+ meters away.
The user can also add other elements into the attack to increase the power and deadlyness.
note: fire element does 10+ damage to the user

i duck and spin towards u. Instead of focusin a particular element in my hands, i use the void rasengan that i created b4 and slam it into your gut. note that u didn't cancel the VR just side step so its still there
i then use Suiton: Mizuame Nababara) - Water Style: Starch Syrup Capture Field

I avoided the blast because the Void Rasengan Sent me Flying.
