as u do it, so you don't have any time to react to my wips as they are super fast also. Maybe if u had 3rd tome sharingan you might be able to escape it.
you could repel the oil before it started burning alright , but u came a bit late , mate
u used wind long after the fire started
why ? because you were not in the fight and u didn't even arrive when i sent the oil
