I believe the rinnegan allows everyone to use chakra rods, gedo mazo, chibaku tensei, the rebirth one, and a special technique unique to the user.
Sasuke got s/t
Madara got limbo
And nagato got the six paths
Pain was controlled by a unhealthy weakened nagato. His power was also split in 6. Controlling six different bodies.

As we've seen by now, rinnegan = jubi Jin. As with Naruto and sasuke.
I'd say a healthy nagato = jubi Jin.
A healthy nagato could spam shinra tenseis that could destroy the leaf village. He could use more than one chibaku tensei. He wasn't even full powered as an Edo, nor was he truly healthy. Six arms, and only one has to touch to rip your soul out. Three faces and summonings all over, he has no blind spots. Asura paths chakra blast blew away 3 buildings, lets not talk about healthy nagatos. Preta path absorbs all ninjutsu, and he can suck anyone in. Nagato is unmatched in taijutsu with asura path and being able to rip your soul out. And according to the data book, if he's ever hurt he can summon the king of hell and heal himself all over again.

No one solod as easy as pain either. When he was introduced, he seriously was a god. He defeated choji, his dad, and kakashi very low diff. Plus more. He toyed with jiraiya (honestly) the human path caught jiraiyas punch from behind
RIGHT THERE HE COULDVE RIPPED HIS SOUL OUT. plot was on jiraiyas side. Same with Naruto! Why in the hell would each path only attack at once and deva was nerfed. Even as an Edo, he was about to solo Naruto and bee, which obito, madara, and the jubi couldn't do together.

Healthy nagato solos all of Naruto verse besides the hagoromo enhanced cry babies. Besides jj madara of course, he's a psycho path. He'd tie with 8 gates guy, unless he survives and uses the king of hell to heal him
and of course the sages family is over powered.

Hail nagato for what he should've been and not what kishi nerfed him as.

Edit: I didn't even include the gedo mazo and nagatos soul dragon. Especially if gedo mazo has chakra from a biju and can move on his own with a soul dragon flying around
Healthy nagato would've been too OP no wonder he was nerfed.

The paths are all he has to use, he just never had the time to perfect them except by using other bodies because he was crippled and was sick. The paths are unique to nagato. No one else has shown to be able to use them except for one time when madara used preta path. And it could've been a different type of jutsu. On top of that his chakra was split in between six people on top of having to transmit it.

That was always Madaras Rinnegan. Nagato was only an Uzamaki he could never use the Rinnegan to it's full potiential. Even so he did pretty good with it.

It doesn't matter, he mastered all six paths. Call it what you want no one has even shown the ability to use a path. Let alone master all 6

The ability to use a shinra tensei that wiped out the whole leaf village multiple times by itself would be unbelievable which I see no reason why a healthy nagato couldn't use a shinra tensei that powerful every time.

Healthy Nagato is fanfic. He was always at his most powerfullest when he was crippled. nagato can't use a fullpowered Shinra Tensei multiple times because it drains his chakra and the path takes time to recharge. The only path that Nagato has that's actually lethal is deva and both Naruto and Sasuke counter it easily.

That is false. It was stated his power was divided into six. Each path was only 1/6 of a WEAKENED UNHEALTHY NAGATO who was also crippled.
