There are ways Minato can win this. Almost all of them rely on him using FTG advantageously though. Without it and ST barriers he has no chance.

On the whole though I would give this to Nagato if he is using his paths, if he isn't I favor Minato because of his speed, and Nagato by himself has weak points and blind spots.

All taijutsu = block by Asura Path's power
All summons = countered by Animal Path's power

Nagato also has Deva Path's power which pushes and pulls, and Human Path's power which sucks his very soul out of his body...
