I want to say Nagato extreme high diff.

Can Madara deal with all his summons simultaneously while Nagato is also attacking him, plus how does he defeat the multiplying dog? I remember Pain stating that he'd have to create a bigger CT when the 8 tails Naruto was breaking free, suggesting he could contain a tailed beast inside. So I don't see why PS wouldn't be able to be contained, can Madara really destroy while under the stress of the gravitational pull? And can't preta path absorb it or a massive Almighty Push (the one that destroyed the village) remove layers off it?

It could go either way I think.
