Ok, here again.Nobody said that Itachi is stronger than Nagato of course rinnegan's abilities are better than MS's. But Itachi has a chance even if its only 10% but I think its about 50%.All he has to do is cast a genjutsu.He can cast it in a second. All he needs is 1 second.And he's smart enough to buy that time. And Sasuke didnt really break Tsukoyomi, Itachi didnt want to kill him, thats why he let sasuke break it...And some say that no itachi wont cast genjutsu at the start, but why not? Besides you say Itachi cannot cast genjutsu and even if he can Nagato can break it (but whats the proof? rinnegan is stronger but not specialized in genjutsu) but then why do you say Nagato uses CT right away and it s over for Itachi?
So IMO no proof who will win, it can go either way and what we 've seen so far is that Itachi always wins.And its a fact.(Dont bring up sasuke...)
But if Nagato uses his jutsus well and fast enough he we'll win.
So its not that obvious that Nagatao wins, we've seen weaker people beating stronger ones in Naruto....

Here you see Tobi saying that Danzou could not control Hashirama's DNA that is why he could not use it to it's full extent, that is why it is incomplete. It can be used by an Uchiha but only for a brief moment, senju DNA makes it last longer utilizing it's full potential.

While a few panels later we see Tobi saying that Danzou is stuck between choosing between Izanagi or Kotoatsumi. Why would he imply that Danzou could still use Izanagi even though he got rid of Hashirama's DNA ?

Danzo still had Senju DNA when he had to choose between Shisui's Genjutsu and Izanagi. Though little, there was still bits of Hashirama's chakra on the remainder of his arm; it has a wood-like remain.

Again has I said the manga itself isn't always clear on some statements and contradicts itself therefore it is still open that izanami doesn't require senju DNA. Again tobi himself in that same scan labeled it a Uchiha technique.Why didn't he call it a Senju/Uchiha Tech ?

Izanami's requirements were never touched on and appear to only require Uchiha DNA. However Izanagi's requirements were touched on and the guy describing it went on to say it requires Uchiha and Senju powers.

Celestial Tera Blast would crush him to dust

Divine Attractor+Preta would finish his Susanoo off and Asura Path would rip of his limbs

The Summons would at the very least distract Itachi Ceberus and Rhino would be very difficult to fight while Nagato is coming at you

Nagato can fly as well so he can just float above Itachi spamming powerful attacks from above with preta path enabled and Itachi automatically loses he can only throw Kunai while hes getting ripped apart by Tidal waves

Getting caught in genjutsu =/= being weak to genjutsu. The only reason Itachi and Sasuke got out was because they had each other to break them out.

Perhaps because it is close to the Sage's power, the Uchiha needs to be closer to the Sage in body and eyes. Hence the Senju DNA.

Everything's speculation. However one thing is a fact: in all three panels I provided, Tobi explicitly notes that Izanagi is a jutsu only permitted to those with Uchiha and Senju DNA.

By that logic, from an Izanagi user, Itachi isn't permitted to use Izanagi. Although he can use its counter, the Izanami.
