Thats not a good reason to say his rinnegan was transplanted. I mean we saw that Tobi had a lab which contained many many activated sharingans from dead Uchiha, why is it that none of them deactivated.

None of what you said made sense, People say that once you die your doujutsu deactivates and they were using that evidence or partial using it to asses that Nagato eyes never deactivated while he was dead and yet we see bunch of dead Uchiha eyes that were clearly not a translplanted eye :|

if you take a sharigan from a uciha while its activated it wont deactivate. hence the reason why kakashi cant deactivate his because if he does he wont be able to turn it bak on

Nagato's rinnegans were implanted, common sense. Madara said that he awakened rinnegans just a little before he died, where did those rinnegans disappear? Also, Nagato's rinnegans were always activated, he couldn't deactivate them, which means the eyes were transplanted.

Yeah, Nagato couldn't use the Sharingan techniques, because he lacks Uchiha blood.

He has a sharingan eye, everyone is wondering why he can use MS. We don't know how rinnegan is unlocked after EMS so you should watch what you say. Have you ever noticed it looks completelyyy different from any uchiha's MS it probably requires some very special conditions to unlock it. Rinnegan abilities are completely different from sharingan as we have seen. This is why nagato can only use rinnegan techs and not sharingan. The rinnegan is like a completely new doujutsu. Funny itachi said something about after EMS a complete new doujutsu..
