God Tier- Sage of six paths
Demi god tier- Hashirama, Madara, Naruto, Tobi
Demi god tier 2(lower level)- Sasuke, Nagato, Itachi, Minato

I agree with your list for the most part. Though I believe Itachi would be slightly higher but not to the next tier since he doesn't seem to have much chakra. It could be that he has average but the problem would be the amount of chakra that the techniques in his MS take away from him. I do believe he could defeat a few people that you placed above him in a 1v1 due to those same MS techniques that could be activated quickly and are difficult to dodge and get rid of. Even though he does make good use of them instead of spamming. Ofcourse, this is my opinion.

However, your list is great.

fail. nagato crushes hashirama

Hashi>Madara, so Hashi should also be in the S+.

meteor + rinnegan negates anything hashirama throws at him.

Idk how danzo is over itachi, thats just maddness to me

Reread the chapter No 549. Itachi was keeping up with Bee in Taijutsu and and warned him because latter wasn't able to keep up with Itachis speed. Itachi is stronger than Bee with safe, because he cannot counter any of the techniques Itachi can use with the Mangekyou Sharingan.

fail. bee indeed has counters for all of itachis techs. hes tanked amaterasu with a replacement. and bee said "i know" in response to itachi moving. so base bee was tracking itachi no problem. imagine if he used cloak or V2.

You put Bee above Itachi though he doesn't stand a chance against him. If Itachi didn't warned Bee of his own movements, he would already be finished.

actually itachi wasnt warning anything that bee wasnt already aware of. and he tried genjutsu but bee broke it in 2 secs. bee bijuudama or ink screen + v2 lariat.

Great list, +rep to you. But I disagree on Hashirama and Hiruzen being in a lower tier than both Madara and Tobi. That is just my biased opinion however. Imo you should just delete either the demigod or the legendary tier, and move them together into one with the same people in it.

Kabuto is higher then everyone other then the SO6P, Madara is his summon after all. Also all of the Jinchuuriki we're his summons aswell, since they ended with the Edo Tensei aswell.

Add the past Kage to the list, loads of high-jounin shinobi.. He could MAYBE matchup with the Sage, who knows.

the only feats i saw about itachi is that he ran away like pusy aganst jiraiya.he killed his whole clan when all ppls were sleeping similarly itachi tortured 6 yrs old sasuke and putting genjutsu among womens and little kids like naruto all times. and finally itachi got killed by 16 yrs old noob 3 tomoe sharingan sasuke.

this sums up feats of itachi from my side. yea u itachi lovers might say he lost bcoz he want to and he did bad bcoz he had to but at the end of day u guys know deep inside yr heart that itachi has not won any significant battle with anybody during his lifetime.

Do you read the manga left to right or right to left? Because if you read it correctly you would know that Itachi was not there to fight. He was there for Danzo and no other reason. Kisame was eager to fight and we saw how he owned killer bee. If those two plus Jiraiya and Naruto tailed fox was there then it may pose a threat to the leaf village and Itachi's plan with Sasuke.

Your list is decent but I don't agree with some of those placements but whatever, if you use hype and you feel Minato and Hiruzen are superior because of it, fine by me.

Still you underrated Temari. She'd wipe the floor with most ninjas in the tier above her. The same can be said of Neji, Rock Lee and Kankuro.

They are strong but i favourised feats coming from part2 cuz i believe there is a great gap in power between part1 characters and part2 characters and since Neji, Lee, or Temari doesn't have great feats in part2, it's the reason why i didn't put them higher. Neji for example is a character i like, and i'm disappointed by his development so far, but from what we've seen, i can't put him higher. I still wait better feats from him but Kishi only trolled him. About Kankuro i must say that i never really understood his style, so maybe it's the reason why i underestimate him.
