My tier List in Narutoverse

madara and hashirama are on a tier of their own. they should be in the S(+) tier by themselves. obito should be in the S(-) tier. other than that its a somewhat not shitty list.

I'd say this is a pretty solid list except for the whole Sasuke thing.
