My review of “The Last”.

Thanks for your review on the movie. I had thought about going to see it when it comes out in the US, but the closest theater to me that's showing it is in NYC (~2 hrs away by train).

Anyway, I have a question in regards to Hamura's chakra. Is it something that only Hinata possesses or does the entirety of the Hyuuga clan possess it?

There's only one theater that is going to add naruto the last which is 181 – 189 2nd Ave

As far as I'm aware, nowhere was it stated nor implied that Hinata has Hamura's chakra. Though, she did have a short conversation with Hamura but that's about it. It's not like Hamura gave her chakra or something. He just talked to her.

Hinata was the same old-self throughout the entire movie. She needed to be rescue on numerous ocassions and she didn't show any new abilities. She didn't display much development and growth in terms of strength and power.

D. How did Naruto "not use Rikkudo powers in the movie?" Was there ever a moment where this was explained, or Toneri did something to Naruto to interfere with it? Is there a remnant of Rikkudo powers left? I mean, he was flying on the moon, and the fact that there's a clip of him reaching through Hinata's body to take out a chakra sphere would imply something Haruma, or Rikkduo related power. What's with his hand? He seems to have a special power with it as far as I can see in the clips.

It wasn't really a rumor. A Japanese poster(Lost Woods Denizen) on this board who watched the film said that and TakL(hence why Naruto and Hinata combined their powers). It would mean those guys were lying if true. Though there was a scene where Hinata mentions Hamura's chakra.

What did they say? That Hinata is Hamura's reincarnation? That she has Hamura chakra? Or that she can fly?

PD: About that scene, yes she did mentioned him, I think I saw a translation for it, If I remember it correctly she says "I have Hamura chakra too".
And that is perfectly possible, Hamura was the one who inherited the Byakugan from Kaguya, so a part of his lineage must be the ones who founded the Hyuuga clan.

But the reincarnation and the flying part are something I haven't heard about anywhere else...
