Re: Under the Guidance of my Former Sensei [K'Taijutsu]

Rebooooooooorn-samaaaaaa ~

Alright then, I have already seen enough taijutsu skills from you so I am more than aware of your knowledge. So, a little warm up it is! hundred circles around the battle field, twenty push-ups and thirty kicks with each foot and forty with each arm; punches forwards that is.

Re: Under the Guidance of my Former Sensei [K'Taijutsu]

I begin with the laps around the training field, taking a rather leisurely walk for the first fifty laps as I sure as hell didn't intend to run a hundred of anything. I then picked up the pace into a brisk moderate jog for the next 25 laps, ending with a fair paced sprint for the last 25, having saved up enough energy, I would get just as good a work out with the pace of my sprints in the last 25 laps as if I had run the whole 100 laps...not really but close enough.

I then gave my legs a rest, finding a nice tree as I took a hand stand, leaning my back against it. I began to do the twenty push ups on in the hand stand. Since it was only twenty, it wouldn't be too taxing on my shoulders, though hand stand push ups give a greater work out due to the incline.

Switching back to my feet, after the push ups, I use the same tree and begin the thirty kicks roundhouse kicks starting with my right leg and switching to my left after I had completed thirty, hitting the side of the tree. I then transitioned to my hand strikes to the front of the tree, switching hands between each punch until I completed 40 on each hand, for a total of 80

AWESOME, THAT'S THE SPIRIT, KEEP IT UP ~

Alright, on to the technique's!

But before doing so, I want you to use a special template whom I made. I want you to fill the template at your best. Just copy paste it, don't edit the template whatsoever and, be creative!

  • Brief description of how you perform the technique;
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc);
  • Limitations of the technique;
  • How to counter the technique;
  • Questions regarding the technique;

Alright, now here comes; the crazy monkey!

(Toppyoushimonai Okane)- Crazy monkey
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: crazy monkey is a form of Chinese martial arts. it is an aerial attack where the user jumps head height and double kicks the chest whilst charging their lower legs and feet with chakra to cause extra damage compared to normal kicks.

The crazy monkey! Now jump head height and bend your leg. Right afterwards I want you to double kick my clone in the chest whilst you try to charge your lower leg, send chakra through it and cause extremely bad damage to it causing my clone to poof away instantly, the moment you impact him. Before you do so I want you to breath in and out, calm yourself and then do so.

Re: Under the Guidance of my Former Sensei [K'Taijutsu]

  • Brief description of how you perform the technique; Its a simple double kick to the chest but with chakra added to make it stronger so that you wouldn't be able to block it free form.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc); This works as a Dodge and counter move as well, if there is a small earthen technique being used against you, the head high jump could be used to get you above. If close enough the user could hit their opponent, or if there is such a case with earth spikes being used, you could destroy/push off of them (The latter if your technique isnt' strong enough to break them being above C-rank)
  • Limitations of the technique; most of the power of this kick will come from the chakra since double kicks like these are inherently weak not to mention if this is used in front of you're opponent, it's extremely predictable and gives time for your opponent to avoid it.
  • How to counter the technique; Circular motions to move yourself outside the range of the kick (since it travels in a straight line). This is easily captured and gives you room to slam them on the floor. Once you take the roots from underneath the tree, it becomes weak. This is a technique in bad taste that I personally wouldn't use for that reason.
  • Questions regarding the technique; None Ty

Everything you wrote there was the thing I had in my mind; leverage, no control over the users body whatsoever so take advantage of that to finish the opponent off instantly whilst mid air, or simply duck and then strike.

(Akurobachikku Sanjuu Rakka Ashige) - Acrobatic triple drop Kick
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: the user jumps in the air doing a forward summersault and simultaneously kicks the opponent in the upper body dealing three blows. two of which are to the shoulders and one to the head whilst the user charging chakra into their legs to cause more damage.

Now jump in the air and do a forward somersault when simultaneously kicking my clone in the upper body dealing three blows against the upper body, two which are to the shoulders and one to the head dealing great damage, but whilst doing that you have to charge chakra into your legs to cause more damage against my clone, stay focused and do your thing, try to explain it in a good understandable detailed sentences and don't be hasty, take your time like you did before.

Creates a clone.

Re: Under the Guidance of my Former Sensei [K'Taijutsu]

  • Brief description of how you perform the technique; Another, what I call, flashy kick where the user flips into the air and relies on gravity and momentum to add power to his three kicks, two on the shoulder and one on the head.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc); I'd really only use the movement itself to summersault and use it to avoid rather short distance attacks. As an attack I wouldn't use it too much
  • Limitations of the technique; This is short range again and by taking the roots (both legs) off the ground you generally lose a degree of power even if you increase momentum and add gravity to swing your legs down.
  • How to counter the technique; Since your opponent is opening themselves up by getting in the air and the movement is rather predictable by the way one is spinning/flipping to do the kicks, I'd think it'd be easy to predict and if you could tuck yourself and roll under the feet before they could reach you (since you're naturally lower than them because of their new found height) or you could trap the first two strikes to the shoulder and throw them using their technique against them.
  • Questions regarding the technique;
None so far

Good job.

(Kyuuki Ashige)- Crane Kick
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: the user stands in the crane positon with their arms parallel to the ground and their right leg held into their body. The user then jumps up off the left leg and kicks with their right leg whilst charging chakra into the leg to cause extra damage and kick towards the opponents face.

Now stand in a crane position by placing your arms parallel to the ground and your right leg held into upper arm or in this case, your body since it's the one balancing you into this position so that you would be unable to fall; then jump with a great speed up off the left leg and kick with your right leg whilst charging chakra into your leg to cause extra damage and kick towards my clone his face with a great impact, before doing so breath in and out once again because once you lose balance in such a position, you will become wide open thus your opponent might finish you off during the time you would be trying to pull your momentum off again.

Re: Under the Guidance of my Former Sensei [K'Taijutsu]

  • Brief description of how you perform the technique; The Karate Kid Kick (can't be briefer than that)
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc); This would be more of a quick draw technique to use when your opponent is blindly running at you, but I can't really think of much other used. Getting into the stance and executing the technique have to be quick otherwise it'll be predictable
  • Limitations of the technique; Like I said, easily predictable if you take time to get into the stance and stay in it for any long period of time. Only reason the dude got it off in the Karate Kid was because he set it up before the judges started the fight, however that guy was stupid to let that hit him so easily.
  • How to counter the technique; It's a straight linear technique. If the users sets it up first you can sweep the leg before he can complete the technique. You could also use an equally as powerful downward strike (C-rank technique wise unless C-rank K'Tai > C-rank regular Tai)/block and catch it as it's releasing. Or roll underneath the kick without meeting it's power
  • Questions regarding the technique; General question regarding K'Tai vs. Regular Tai. Since we use chakra in this form, would it be safe to say equal ranked K'Tai and Regular Tai are still equal if you met two technique i.e C-ranked vs. C-rank or would K'Tai be stronger because of the chakra?

Exactly, quite the awkward technique indeed because the fact that you need to put your arms in the air outstretched makes your opponent think that you shall get ready for an attack, hence making this quite the predictable technique not to mention that you're unbalanced the moment you stand on one feet too.

(Marui Sumai Ashige) - Round House Kick
Rank: C
Type: Attack/ Defence
Range: Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: the user pivots on one foot and jumps around in the air and swings their leg which is charged with chakra to cause extra damage and then brings that leg into the enemies face and sends them flying into the ground.

Now pivot on one foot and jump around in the air and swing your leg which is charged with chakra to cause extra damage and then bring that leg into my clone his face being able to send him backwards flying into the ground with a great speed causing it to poof away at a extremely rapid speed, give it a try and stay focused.

  • Brief description of how you perform the technique; The Signature of Chuck Norris
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc); To Chuck Norris Somebody
  • Limitations of the technique; For Orinary people, unless you are kicking low, it's easily predictable and there isn't a wide axis of range from the rotation of the kick. Also against opponents who are equally trained (our RP criteria) this kick is long and easy to predict and counter. For Chuck Norris, there are no limitations
  • How to counter the technique; Based on the location, ducking or jumping (for high kicks and low kicks respectively), or simpling following the movements of your opponent an mirroring them. There is no way to counter Chuck Norris's Round House
  • Questions regarding the technique; Are you going to answer my previous question >.>

K'Tai > Normal taijutsu. Pure because of the chakra, but the impact and strength of the technique's too. But, a C-Ranked K'Tai technique would of course be useless against a normal A-Ranked taijutsu technique, you just have to use logic solutions when you counter a technique whether a K'Tai technique clashes against a plain taijutsu technique. Since you're a mod and won the taijutsu tournament, you won't have problems with finding logic solutions, right? :p

CHUCK NORRISSSS ~

Nice, but now describe how to perform technique's in a normal manner, same goes with ''how used in battle's'' please. >_>

Nice. You should use this when your opponent aims for a attack in your middle area or a little lower, like a slide or whatsoever; either a kick or a punch, jump over it and attack. It's not necessary for you to jump high into the air, even if it's a slight leap then it'll do.

(Tora Tsume Hiza Sumasshu) - Tiger Claw Knee Smash
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: the user jumps towards the enemy and makes tiger claws and claps onto the enemies head behind the ears and at the same time charges his right knee with chakra to increase damage caused and pulls the enemies head down and smashes it into the users knee.

Now jump towards my clone and make a tiger claw and shape that onto my clone his head behind the ears and at the same time charge your right knee with chakra to increase damage caused and pull my clone his head down and smash it into your knee, stay focused and balanced and clear your mind, cause my clone to poof away.

Re: Under the Guidance of my Former Sensei [K'Taijutsu]

Fine...

Round house isn't too versetile except to the areas where you can kick. You can either kick low (to the legs), mid section, or high really.

_______

  • Brief description of how you perform the technique; It's a simple Muy Tai like technique where you pull your opponent into a knee smash. In this case you firmly grab them on the head and pull their face to your knee.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc); This would be something I used once I off put my opponent. You can always block somebody pulling you into a strike, however if you disorient them first or off balance them and grab them they shouldn't be able to. However in our RP it would be difficult to accomplish either a distraction or this technique
  • Limitations of the technique; You leave yourself vulnerable on balance since you're raising one leg and leaning into your opponent. Also since you're using your knee the distance is longer to travel.
  • How to counter the technique; Cover your face, with your hands and meet the kick mid-way or capture the leg before it makes contact. Or break the grip on your head which will give you control of where you're going instead of being led into the kick
  • Questions regarding the technique;

Niceeee.

(Hiji Ken Hiza Konbo)- Elbow and Knee Combo
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: the user jumps into mid-air towards the opponent raising both arms up baring their elbows down towards the enemies head and bring them down towards them and at the same time they bring up their knees towards the enemies jaw creating a pincer like motion. The user charges their knees and elbows before contact with chakra to cause extra damage to the enemy.

Now jump into mid-air towards my clone raising both your arms up baring your elbows down towards my clone his head and bring him down towards the ground and at the same time bring up your knees as his head is about to fall, or... well bend downwards as if he's going to tie his shoes whilst using both your knees whom where both rising towards my clone his jaw creating a pincer like motion, but while doing this I want you to charge your knees and elbows with chakra to cause extra damage, but before doing all this I want you to focus and breath in and out. This is quite the useful technique in my opinion so I hope you'll come up with an awesome combination.

Greetings, Reborn-kun-sama-dono-san-chwaaaan.

So, *Glances at the title.* I'm not exactly your former sensei, but alas, we can work something out. I've got a different teaching method, and I'd like to know how far you've come, and is this access to the Elder teachings as well?

Yo I got you in two seconds, Mod Powers Activate!!

Look at the title now.

And I was granted permission for K'Tai and began learning before I was a Sage and with the new Sage rules, unless it pertains only to those who completed K'Tai before the new rules, I should be able to learn the complete set of K'Tai rules. That was my impression, nevertheless, I'll get precise confirmation later.

And we were only about 5 techniques in.

*Gathers a great deal of earth chakra into my head until the point I almost feel like my brain is about to become a rock. The earth chakra forms a layer of earth over my forehead like Fred Flintstone. I proceed to give a menacing headbutt an arbitrary rock that is here for the convenience of my headbutting it. I make sure to not hit directly in the center of my head to avoid knocking myself out and the arbitrary rock would become arbitrary rubble on the ground as a result.*

Superb.
(Tetsu Kashira) - Iron Head
Rank: C
Type: Attack/Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: The user will concentrate earth chakra into a layer around their head which enhances their strength and gives them a iron-like head. They then headbutt their opponent in the chest causing major damage. This technique is capable of breaking though D-rank earth techniques

Good, good.
For the next technique - Crouch. Dash at your target, deliver a rising uppercut to his abdomen. As you do this, release wind chakra which expells itself upon contact with his bodice, lifting him several feet off the ground.

I charge futton chakra into my hand as I dash toward another ambiguous rock nearby. I get low as I do so and release a swift uppercut. On impact the built up wind chakra releases and lifts the bolder up with a moderate gust of wind.
