That small city can still be clearly seen when compared to C0, that thing probably isn't even as tall as a normal sized Mountain let alone enough to reach where Hashirama is, which is in fact, above Mountains by a tad.

Now, this is Garra pulling sand in mid-air. This wasnt present prior, as in this environment!

Therefore, I can't see how Garra isn't capable of controlling sand greater than the statue. He has shown feats of creating sand its size (excluding the arms) in mid-air, so on the ground already covered with sand Garra can do the same and exceed these limits.
This whole comparison became moot when you decided use the much bigger Leaf Village for the comparison, instead of using the Sand Village, the Village in question.
As a result of this, c4 can take an effect. Since c4 is the height of the full kyuubi (even greater)

Where did I say they'd blitz him? Nowhere, I simply said he isn't prepping Jinton, which he isn't. Even if he does, its far too small to take out all the hands coming at him so he still gets pounded into the ground. If Mu can turn Deidara's C3 bomb invisible with him and sacrifices himself, than he could potentially suicide bomb Hashirama give the the victory to Team Mu, but outside of that Hashirama has them beat.
