He is possibly the most durable character in the series, has top tier speed (just below A and just above Sage Naruto), top tier strength, and top tier stamina, but he got beat by some fodder ninjas. Didnt sasuke beat a thousand men an didnt break a sweat.

sasuke beat 1000 men(dont know the exact number) the 3rd Raikage beat 1000 Ninjas.....so thats not a good comparison.

Dust release should destroy the 3rd Raikage so i would say Mu

-another factor would be how good Black Lightning is...after we see Darui use it in the anime then that could make a big difference in how the 3rd Raikage uses it
