stupid logic,first ems ps is not gotten by having ems + uchiha chakra,it is gotten by the amount of chakra the user has,ems madara had ps due to his large chakra reserves and ems sasuke was only able to obtain ps due to the kyuubi chakra naruto gave him. p.s susanoo is the manifestation of the users chakra. The larger and more powerful your chakra is the bigger your susanoo.
MS users can't use a PS only EMS users can unlock PS.

Kakashi used Perfect Susanoo because he had Rikudo chakra.
The rikudou Chakra replaced perfectly the EMS condition because is the most powerful chakra in NV
The scan you posted only proved this because the own Kakashi said the Rikudo chakra made his eyes more powerful
Kakashi or any other MS user without this chakra never will achieve a PS.

No. Susanoo naturally progresses in power to PS level under the rage and demand of more power by the user after which the body naturally responds to it further empowering the Susanoo. The amount of chakra reserves can remain same all day, that doesn't matter.
Naruto did not give Sasuke Kyuubi's chakra. PS was Sasuke's own attainment.
More powerful chakra = bigger Susanoo (after going through the various stages of Susanoo progression)
Large amount of chakra = maintain the Susanoo longer

Complete Susanoo was only define as the next stage in the Susanoo development. Yes, Susanoo is the manifestation of the user's chakra, but it becoming stronger based on the user's chakra level is only speculation as it was never stated.
The Six Path chakra only gave a boost. All other conditions restricted to the Mangekyou Sharigan were not mention or shown to be placed on the user doing the time.

If your chakra is strong AND large enough, you can attain PS regardless of having MS or EMS, and that's why EMS users and MS users with Rikudo's power can get PS, because of the extra boost in power that EMS grants, or the extra boost in power Hagoromo's chakra grants.

PS can be achieve with MS eye. EMS still a MS just eternal(or lived longer). And also EMS had power boast that came from other MS user eye that fused with the MS eye of the EMS owner.
But as I said in other thread only MS user with powerful chakra/got power boast can attained PS. Without it they cant

@bold "Strong enough" is okay. But why "large enough"? I mean, sure you need large chakra reserves to manifest and maintain Susanoo, but I don't see how chakra quantity is related to Susanoo's progression/upgrade. Because Susanoo's progression is reliant on chakra quality/power. That's why EMS users and MS users with Rikudou chakra can get PS, because they receive the extra boost in power that EMS grants or the extra boost in chakra quality that Rikodou chakra grants.
@underlined You cannot "attain" PS without MS. You need MS for manifesting Susanoo. But once it is unlocked, it can be used and progressed regardless of MS and EMS.

When did EMS Sasuke grew Susanoo legs after receiving Naruto's Kyuubi chakra? Do you have any scans? Because I don't seem to remember that.
But let me answer this anyway. Susanoo naturally progresses as the user gets more trained with Susanoo i.e. constant usage. So as time passes, Sasuke's Susanoo will grow stronger regardless of anything. And that's why it manifested legs, then it manifested PS form.

Susanoo's progression is reliant on the potency of the chakra, yes, but to manifest a larger Susanoo you would clearly need more chakra, and going off of the feats from MS Sasuke and MS Itachi, they don't have the chakra to manifest a Perfect Susanoo despite having the the eye needed to do it.
:lol Don't take one part of the sentence and reply to it. The whole sentence means that you can get PS regardless of having EMS or MS, meaning you only need either or. Not neither.
