If anything I'd give Sasuke the benefit of the doubt in that match up and say they're equal. But that's best scenario for Sasuke. BM Nardo would beat out EMS Sasuke.

I think people are forgetting that Nardo is getting massive speed boosts with KCM and BM. Speed Sasuke is not keeping up with on his best day. Naruto was the fastest character in NV(Not counting teleporting) the moment he unlocked KCM. Then he became the character with the most raw power in NV when he unlocked BSM(Not counting Juubito or Madara). Sasuke's only real claim to fame at the point of EMS is PS. Ameterasu is easily dodged and is hardly a factor.
