SM Naruto is clearly superior to MS Sasuke.
Sasuke couldn't keep up with the fourth Raikage and was forced to go on the defensive with enton and would've ended up dead had Gaara not intervened. Naruto soloed Third Raikage who fought 8 tails one on one and was stronger than the fourth Raikage. Not to mention MS takes quite the toll on the users body and eyes. The only thing that could give Naruto some trouble would be Sasuke's susanoo, however instead of attacking it head on dodging its attacks will eventually wear Sasuke down leaving him wide open for an attack.
