Sasuke.Kakashi is a powerfull ninja,can use 4 elements and can use kamui multiple times now but Sasuke is much more skilful.His skill in raiton is clearly superior compared to Kakashi and he can spam Susanoo,Amaterasu,Tsukuyomi without getting blind.Kakashi said himself that he has lost some of his eyesight.He is old and he hasn't much chakra.So...

People seem to think kakashi can spam kamui like fodders throw kunai and shuriken. If kakashi barely kamui sasuke arrow how's he dodging amaterasu?

MS Sasuke wins decisively. We all know how Kakashi was shitting his pants when he saw Sasuke pull out Susano'o. A few arrows is all that it takes for this Uchiha-cheap-knock-off. Fact of the matter.

Leaning more towards sasuke but I can see kakashi taking this as well, and kakashi seeing sussano beforehand will have him more ready this time.

Speed: Kakashi is faster ( Sasuke was owned by cloaked Bee's speed, Kakashi keep up with Gai 6th gate + 6 cloacked Jins)
Ninjutsu: Kakashi is above ( suiton > katon, doton and better raiton)
Genjutsu: Kakashi is above/equal ( both has 4 in genjutsu but Kakashi tied against Obito who even controled a perfect jinchuriki when Sasuke failed against Bee)
Taijutsu: Kakashi is above ( it's not even comparable, Kakashi is far above here)
Strengh: Kakashi is above ( Kakashi is far above Sasuke but Sasuke with CS2 is close but still under Kakashi without gate.
Chakra: Kakashi is above he proved it in this war without any help of Kurama he still spammed kamui more than Sasuke ever did with MS
