Also, sasuke vs raikage: Sasuke basically spammed Amaterasu.

So, Same might go for Kakashi... Except the fact that Kakashi isn't as fast as the raikage...
Nor Necessarily Kakash can't spam Kamui....

While adding in Kakashi almost got hit by Amaterasu but kamui nearly helped him.
