Mei is such an underrated character, it's pathetic. Mei isn't even mentioned in the poll... Don't know how people could say Tsunade when she isn't beating Konan and certainly isn't beating Mei.

Kushina - was killed by kurama but she never show how good she is in fighting

Konan - was defeated by Tobi

Chiyo - Partner by Sakura & wins the fight against Satori but what if without Sakura? I dont think she can kill Satori as she is old

Oh yeah? Where's Mei,..? but it doesnt matter.. she lose her fight against Madara.

I don't know if there is really strongest here.. though I give a benefit of the doubt with Sakura

Sakura has no defense against Konan's Shikigami no Mai. Sakura has no defense against Mei's Kōmu no Jutsu. She's not the strongest.

I think i have to go with Kushina Uzumaki actually, she owned the Juubi all by her self. But still that Uchiha girl with Izanami and Izanagi can't be ignored, even if she is just a side-story character. But i did say the entire narutoverse so.

I think you mean Kushina owned the kyuubi, not the juubi. If she owned the juubi then Kushina>>>>> NV except for Hagoromo and his mom. Any way, I want to say Naori Uchiha (the Uchiha girl's name as stated by the wiki. I know the wiki is edited, but I might as well call her something right?). However, we did not actually see her MS techniques and she only gets two shots with Izanagi and Izanami in a battle. We don't know if Kushina or Mito had perfect control over Kurama (ie. bijuu mode). Therefore I must go with Konan since she almost beat Obito.

Exactly. Mei is so under-rated here that it's not even funny. A clear example of it would be this thread - she's not even included in the polls. She is the second strongest amongst the 'Alive' Kages. Gaara would be number one.
