After looking at the different characters - since I got bored of studying - I realised something important. Out of all the people in Konoha 11, the one with the most potential is Lee.
I'm not's saying this without thinking, it's obvious that Sasuke and Naruto are by far the strongest, but technically, Lee should have been the strongest so far, here's why:
The guy had so much potential, and Kishi had to destroy it by putting him against Gaara when he was not ready to fight him and make him have a life-long injury to keep him from expanding on his potential, and spiking Naruto's drink with power making him high on the Kyuubi. But, by doing that, he ensured that Lee wouldn't be able to expand on his potential as much as Naruto and Sasuke, so he would not interfere with the plot.
Overall... I guess learning this has just made me lose respect for Kishimoto, why make a character so filled with so much potential and then waste it? :dunno:

- One of the main thematic elements of Naruto is not to give up. Keeping this in mind, out of all the characters shown in the manga, by far, Lee possesses this quality the most. Even Naruto doesn't have as much perseverance as Lee. Granted, Naruto was alone, but I actually think, that in the same way, Lee was also alone, he never had much support and we never got to see a parental role around to support him. Naruto had minor chakra issues, whereas, Lee lacked entirely. Lee was also bullied like the other kids in his class. And even though the village didn't hate lee, to be honest, it was much more difficult for Lee to keep working hard from where he was and not to give up than Naruto. So according to the relation with the theme, Lee has more potential.
- His power is just amazing... There are three main types of power: Genjutsu, Ninjutsu, and Taijutsu. Lee alone does so well with Taijutsu and is said to excel in it. There are so many elements of japanese and chinese history that could have been incorporated - after all there is a lot of martial art and that is Taijutsu. I know there's the 8 gates, but Kishi, as I mentioned earlier, could have made it much more, Taijutsu in itself is a branch of power and it should be focused on a lot. I know that Kishi added the Drunken Fist - which is awesome, but there was so much more he could have added. I know there are the seven gods of the drunken fist in the historical background of the move - why not develop that for Lee to use, just like the 8 gates, the 7 gods would have been an entirely new range of unique power for him to develop and use.
