more stronger itachi or sasuke?

Well sasuke knows how to use amateratsu and susaneo more than itachi's now. but itachi is better with Genjutsu.

Sasuekes susanoo cant be compared with Itachis bcoz of spirit items he got, and Itachi knows how to use Amaterasu very good aswell , he used it first time while escaping Jiraiyas toad wall with kisame , and there is a lot of time between then and fight with Sasuke.
So i would say Itachi is superior in everything compared to Sasuke , he is the best among the Uchihas

I think itachi is one of the most powerfull shinobi the world of Naruto has ever seen,he is just sheer awsomness,when Sasuke acts cool it makes you wanna slap him across the face,when Itachi acts cool you want him to be your father.....

Disease didn't matter Itachi could beat sasuke anyways he let sasuke kill him to protect him and he wanted to die by only sasuke's hand.

Itachi. He is stronger, faster. He don't posses many ninjutsu as far as we see him fight so far. But his taijutsu and understanding of space-time technique is advance. He developed tsukiyomi. He never used against the fight with sasuke. Sasuke will be done for with that alone.

Itachi did use Tsukiyomi, Sasuke broke it though
