Imo , Itachi since they kinda have similar abilities but Itachi has more experience , faster hand signs , probably better taijutsu and more powerfull Susanoo(with spirit items)

Well , it should be like Kisame was afraid of him and even Tobi.
Since we know that Itachi was lot stronger than Kisame, but even Tobi who is considered probably as the strongest of the Akatsuki (the leader of organization) was afraid of him. We still dont know why and how strong Tobi Actually is but there is no question about Itachi's power

Itachi. He is stronger, faster. He don't posses many ninjutsu as far as we see him fight so far. But his taijutsu and understanding of space-time technique is advance. He developed tsukiyomi. He never used against the fight with sasuke. Sasuke will be done for with that alone.

Itachi is actually a lot stronger he let Sasuke kill him he became the leader of the Anbu at age 13. His sharringan was a lot stronger. He is faster and his gen-jutsu is a lot better.

Disease didn't matter Itachi could beat sasuke anyways he let sasuke kill him to protect him and he wanted to die by only sasuke's hand.

Well sasuke knows how to use amateratsu and susaneo more than itachi's now. but itachi is better with Genjutsu.
