So we should assume that Garp and Roger have it also?
Might as well say every D. has it.

Until he's shown extensively, Dragon shouldn't be said to have anything yet.
I have posted scans which imply that he has it, if he doesn't then, what Ivanko says makes no sense.

I might be confused but, do you have to be really powerful to have all three haki?

We can assume that Garp and Roger have all three too.
Reyleigh was shown to have all three also.

Which hint to it, but it doesn't say 100% that he does.
What I'm saying is that you need concrete evidence to say it's a fact.

No. You just need to have awakened CoC to have get all 3. Remember CoC is a 1 in a Million ability.
6 have been confirmed to have it, 2 of which died.

I don't think it's completely out of the question to think that Garp and Roger had/have all three but it'd be quite weird if the were only able to use 2.
apparently roger is like shanks in the way that they use haki ONLY...
And how can you prove this?
I just want to know why Luffy doesn't seem to eager to meet his dad.
Well he's only ever had a Grandpa and brothers.
He doesn't know what a Dad does.

Thanks, I forgot about that.
I always assumed that the powerful people like whitebeard or blackbeard had it. But, there has to be more people that have it.

Well Garp mentions at Marinesford that luffy inherited the Haki too, we can assume Dragon has it (but at what level??? unknown). Luffy does not know what his dad looks like, Smoker was holding his face in the ground when Dragon showed up...mumbling who is it? Who's there?
And I would like to point out that the government and Dragon are ALREADY at war with each other....gorilla war. The government would love nothing better than having Dragon drop dead from something. It's just that the gov. does not want to justify Dragon by actually calling it a war, like how we were with terrorist before 9-11. They try to down play his existence by calling him a criminal than a freedom fighter.
I would just like to say that if you cant mention anything without 100% facts, not just assumtions, then very little will get said at all. People have to go by what other characters say...and they could be wrong.

I thought Reighly said everyone has it when he was explaining it to Luffy, but that few people can actually use it. That usually when one shows an aptitude they tend to stick to one kind and specialize in it, but that all three are technically possible. It just depends on the persons "will" as to weither or not they can access it, which explains why those with the letter D. in their names tend to have it...the will of D. is in a category by itself. Luffy, Dragon, Roger, Zorro(though not at D.), etc. are all extremely strong willed people...but I don't think that Teach's will can really put in the same category as theirs, which leads me to wonder can he really use Haki?
