Dragon is a extremely powerful man , he is dubbed as the worlds most wanted man , and is always illustrated to be intimidating

he seems incredibly strong , especially as he has followers like kuma , and followers are often only equivelant to a fraction of their leaders powers ,

in loguetown , many people believe that the storm was created by Dragon ,and just watch this:

shows he is immensely strong , and being dubbed the worlds most wanted man , even though he is not a pirate , means he is on par with the yonko ATLEAST

so here are my questions:

was the power he demonstrated in the clip a devil fruit power?(sounds dumb i know...)
if he was the creator of the storm , then is his devil fruit power wind?or weather manipulation?
the government declared war on the whitebeard pirates , could the government declare war on dragon and his revolutionaries?

and finally.... will luffy actually meet his father(either in combat or working alongside somehow).

GENIUS , never thought about it that way.... strongest devil fruit then i guess? if thats the case and whitebeard could use haki , i guess dragon cant use it..... or was dragon actually stronger than whitebeard and roger? :O

i think he will meet his father, maybe fight him as luffy should be pissed that he never show up in his childhood but not a serious fight,

good point but dragon will know that luffy is his son and maybe would want to know if luffy is strong or dragon likes fighting like luffy and fights him for fun but dragon would own him and robin would know dragon and would tell luffy who he is

Im like 99% sure dragon can use haki. during the war garp says something like "as i thought he can use it too." right after luffy knocks out half marine ford.

I also think dragon is about equal to whitebeard and roger. I was hoping he would join the fight somehow at marineford because if some powerful person showed up (like shanks but he didn't do anything) the marines would have been down for the count. leaving the world gvernment in a great loss of power
